1. Modello agonistico e regolamentare
2. Modello tecnico
3. Modello tattico
4. Modello fisiologico (fisico)
5. Modello cinematico (fisico)
6. Modello biomeccanico
7. Modello psicologico

anticipation
Anticipation
• The anticipation is a trial (plain) of mental and motor organization elaborate in terms of probability
• The anticipation is the ability to see and to know in advanced the mean of action, of a technical behavior generally founded on the analysis of “signs”, and “particularity” of the game, of the situation, of the exercise, from companions, opponents, of the ball position…

GAME PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
Kinematics and physiological features of the performance model
1. PERFORMANCE STUDY DURING THE GAME
• Total distance traveled and the densest areas of displacement (assumptions zone);
• Differences between 1st and 2nd half; • Distance covered at different speed ranges; • Activity profile at time intervals (eg. every 15 min); • Physiological profile (FC, LA, FFA, etc.). • Profile of intensive activities with and without the ball; • Number of sprint, acceleration, sprint accelerations,
decelerations; • Analysis of changes of direction and evaluation of the used
angles; • Study of the influences of the different game systems • Analysis of the differences in role
2. SPECIAL ISSUES OF THE MATCH • Analysis of activities with and without rewarming between 1st and 2nd time, after evaluation and peak periods (eg 5'HI) • Comparison of players playing the whole game and those replaced
MATCH ANALYSIS: … a brief history…
3. STUDY OF THE PERFORMED PHYSICAL QUALITIES
• Force values (before, during and after) • RSA (before, during and after) • Technical skills (before, during and after) • Speed (before, during and after)
4. COMPARATIVE STUDIES
• TOP LEVEL vs LOW LEVEL • Men’s soccer and women’s soccer • Youths and adults • Youth ELITE and youth SUB ELITE
4. STUDY OF THE ECOLOGICAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TESTING AND
PERFORMANCE/MATCH • Kinematic and physiological parameters measured in the
game and physical qualities identified through field tests and laboratory (eg. HI activity and>> RSA, Yo-Yo test, CMJ, etc.).
6. ORGANIZATION OF SPECIFIC TRAINING ACTIVITIES SUGGESTED BY PREVIOUS STUDIES (reproduction of the physical and physiological intensities of the game)
• Mixed routes • SMALL SIDE GAMES with variations of the parameters:
1. Space 2. N° of players 3. Rules intensity 4. Time (duration) 5. Active Time / Rest Time Ratio
• Running training and technical drills directed to the energy activation (AE, AN, combined NEUR)
• Purely Neuromuscular Training
7. TECHNICAL – TACTICAL ANALYSIS
• Routine of game actions • Technical combinations • Performance indicators etc.

1.Sosta 2.Cammino (4 km/h) 3.Jogging (8 km/h) 4.Corsa a bassa velocità (12 km/h) 5.Corsa a moderata velocità (16 km/h) 6.Corsa ad alta velocità (21 km/h) 7. Sprint (30 km/h) 8.Corsa all’indietro (12 km/h) 9.Colpi di testa 10.Contrasti
