Art (Year 10) This session provides an opportunity for students to continue andwork on coursework and for/or to spend time on the presentation of their work.

Biology Exam question practice, examples of past questions and revision of most areas covered in year 10 and year 11.

Business Studies This is a chance to brush up your knowledge of key business terms.We will be focusing on past exam papers and exam technique bothat foundation and higher level.

Citizenship An opportunity for students to further their knowledge andunderstanding of the topics covered so far this year. This willinclude top tips about answering questions about the source

booklet, the long answer questions and key words.History Session 1 Medicine

Famous contributions to medical development, the people, whatthey did and their importance.Session 2 American WestLooking at past exam papers and developing skills of sourceanalysis.

Graphics/ResistantMaterials

Pupils will be given the opportunity to continue revision inpreparation for the exam. This session will focus on the materials,processes and industrial practices. There will be an opportunity togo through any other areas that pupils need extra help with.

ICT Year 11 will have the opportunity to use room 49 on any of the daysof that week. You will have access to all the facilities to improveyour year 11 coursework. Arrangements will be made with MrsRome to sign up for time slots.

Languages We will mostly be concentrating on the speaking exam but will alsolook at vocabulary for the reading and listening exam.

PE Exam practice, social reasons for participation, looking at pastexam papers. Fitness training principles and the training methods.Also a quick recap of everything.

Physics Exam question practice, examples of past questions and revision of most areas covered in Year 11.

ReligiousEducation(Year 10)

This session will focus upon two topics “Good and Evil” and “Deathand the Afterlife”. Sessions will involve discussion, working together,video and advice about how to answer practice questions.

Textiles Students will be given an opportunity to continue revision inpreparation for the examination. The session will focus upon fibresand fabrics, smart/modern fabrics and industrial processes. Therewill be an opportunity to go through any other areas that studentsneed extra help with.
