OVERVIEW BACKGROUND Timberwolf has over the years been proud to confirm that we have completed and are in current contract with the majority of Dubai’s & wider GCC regions most detailed and dynamic projects of scale and design for flooring, decking, cladding and alike. With four generations of timber milling experience behind us, the Douglas family that still operates and runs our Dubai based flooring factory and distribution warehouses offer British quality and standards combined with local service and administration in order to handle all aspects of local projects and tailored dealt with solutions. Our original establishment was in 1927 as based in North/East London United Kingdom, with export trade from our UK origins starting in 1999 to Dubai. Whereas our local branded Timberwolf Carpentry LLC was created, bringing both our manufacturing and distribution facilities to the UAE since 2007 Dubai United Arab Emirates, under operation and management of Mr Wolfgang Douglas as CEO and Operations Director. Since our operations began in Dubai UAE, Timberwolf as a company with a seasoned group of European and British experts in wooden parquet industry have strived to bring the best quality and services of wood flooring and decking to the local market. As based on the vision of our CEO, Timberwolf aims to not just provide floor coverings that are produced to a high quality of standard, but also aims to introduce the best practices that makes best use of all of the precious natural resources that we scarcely possess and is in threat from over milling across the globe, in order to bring environmentally friendly considerations that maximizes the use of such a beautiful treasure that a luxury natural wood floor, or decking offers from what mother nature has blessed us all with, coupled with the next generation engineered benefits of Gulf specifications that are specifically designed to suit the needs of the local gulf environment in providing long term use to these precious natural recourses used for parquet flooring, decking and related featured purposes. Timberwolf has is part of and make point of working as an acting ambassador of green technology and sustainable manufacturing practices. With over the largest single holding capacity of parquet wood flooring, Decking and raw timber materials held in stock at any one time. All Timberwolf products are produced to strict European standards, with products that are especially designed to deal with the local UAE and GCC weather conditions and climate. With four generations of timber milling and parquet manufacturing experience behind us, there is no need to deal with inexperienced middle-men any more. With a experienced team working with over 350 professionals in our industry, Timberwolf brings full infrastructure facilities to our projects, including technical back office support, design and auto cad drawing and on site engineering's by qualified British or European front line experts in their respected fields. Timberwolf have been able to bring the highest of international standards to a very localized custom service as provided.

In our Dubai based factory, Timberwolf aims to always move with the changing times and have become renowned for our focus on customization and specialized themed application of designed internal & external flooring or decking applications alike. We have a fully functioning custom design carpentry work-shop factory that can tailor make one of a kind designs and manufacture either from scratch or from unfinished pre-cut stocks any type of concept cut, style or effect that a commercial bespoke application my require. Timberwolf bespoke customization services provides an opportunity to be more than just creative in matching colour’s or specific dimensions that are sometimes not available in the local market anywhere else, but the rare opportunity to match exact specifications from third party consultants or designers in matching replica alternatives locally that otherwise would either have to be time consciously imported outside of required schedule or would be not cost effective in a specific species and therefore would need to be mimicked i.e. value engineered to secondary choices. *2017INTERNAL PARQUET & FLOORING Our internal real wood parquet flooring manufacturing standards are met with stability versus quality made specifically to engineering requirements that suits the local temperatures, humidity or climate related issues. Timberwolf provides not only a great looking appearance of flooring, but also the most stable product in our industry in terms of deforms prevention and end finish as we understand the value of wood lies in not a short term beauty when installed, but a long term year after year stability that both minimizes expansion and contraction issues as well as to withstand bending, cupping and warping no matter if it is a hot humid summer or a colder dry winter that requires our signature Timberwolf gulf specification design application. Most of our bespoke concept and engineered collections are especially marked with our Timberwolf patented Gulf spec seal, of which guarantees the design of the engineered core material to deal with the specific atmospheric conditions that would otherwise hinder or cause defect to standard flooring alternatives. *2017Internal & External Wood Theming & Feature Works Tailored Designed for unique and tailored custom feature works, Timberwolf are one of the very few Gulf based bespoke carpentry factories that have over the past decade completed almost all of Dubai's and the GCC’s most impressive timber feature art works. Mainly focused on specialist tourism projects such as facades and shading structures, these bespoke works are limitless. We bring bespoke capabilities that simply could not of been achieved by most, with onsite and in house factory customization that allows for character and urban design architectural practical application on large scale. External Real Wood Decking Manufactured locally, to give custom and bespoke applications made specifically to suit the local climate conditions of the UAE or GCC, we focus on cutting or milling methods, with compatibility of materials for different uses in circumstances under our preliminary sorting and mill design at the finishing lines of which are carried out in our Dubai Investment Park Factory. Timberwolf decking manufacturing in most cases works from our rough sawn stocks to tailor make real wood decking options that can vary dependent of applied use or budget. Teak is usually the species of choice in the UAE or GCC, being the most commonly recommended timber for external real wood decking use in the Gulfs atmospheric climate due to its strength and stability of which is kept in vast rough sawn stocks locally by Timberwolf with finished dimensions availed to be made up to 50mm thick. We also work with Walnut, Wenge, Mahogany, Ash and Maranti, for cases that require designer or consultants specific nominated species to be used on a project. It is important to note that all of our real wood decking materials made by Timberwolf are backed up by F.S.C. CERTIFICATION under our sustainable Eco friendly business model of our company mission. External Pergolas & Gazeboes With the latest trends of shading and external features becoming ever increasing in demand, Timberwolf brings matching and contrasting designer applications in both composite and real wood options. Suitable for commercial environments, we have a dedicated auto-cad drafts team that can further apply design and build applications as well to conform with any structural design detailing. Unlimited design can be made to anything from applications to include fully integrated huts, or external street furnishings or majlis style extensions of buildings to even fully cladded pergolas and beach gazeboes. With in-house carpentry to specialists we offer bespoke designs features that can be tailored made in our Dubai based factory or applied on site. External Wood Plastic Composite Decking With Our WPC products, we work to both locally extrude and cooperatively work with international partners in providing Eco Friendly, Gulf Specification, Maintenance Free composite decking solutions. There are two types of composites that we work within Dubai, the first option is our polyethylene (PE-WPC) of which is stocked in 5x standard colour's and made to set lengths of 2200mm. The second option is our polyvinyl (PVC-WPC), of which is made to order locally to offer custom lengths and colour’s to suit specific requirements.

Factory Operations Timberwolf operates from a 45,000 square foot production factory, with 24 hour production on a standard 3x shift system. General shifts consist of between 60 to 90 factory operators, this is therefore an average of between 180 to 270 factory operators per day on the factory floor. Our wood production facilities that are strictly managed to British standards for efficiently and dedicated support systems are enabled to allow the Timberwolf team to produce many of the regions most ambitious designs and complicated timber applications. Following our experience in the timber field for nearly a century of specialist carpentry works, we also bring in from the UK and the EU on temporary or limited basis for specific projects technical experts to join the team for one off projects. This has allowed for the Timberwolf team to maximum our potentials when overreached in frontier projects such as the Dubai Opera house where some of the works were the first to time ever to be attempted in wood works of its kind… Quality works by a quality team..
