Three Ideas

Death and city Camp Last night of freedom

These are my three idea’s which I thought of, they all got peered assessed.

Pro’s and con’s

Death and the cityA good idea would grab the viewer’s attention as well costumes and props would be easy to find.Find a venue of a club would be hard as we’re underage to go to a club, as well finding older

actors would be hard as they would be busy.

CampEasy setting will be easy to film in a forest as you don’t need permission to film there, as well

finding characters would be simple as they same age group as me and my friends and will be willing to help me.

Filming in the dark would be difficult and dangerous, people could get hurt as well finding equipment to film in the dark would be difficult.

The Last night of FreedomA interesting original idea that is a easy storyline to follow as well characters would be easy to find

as well costumes are pretty simple to follow.Might be expensive with the wedding dresses as well getting permission from the church might be

difficult.

Peer assessmentTwo peer assessment both completed and Last night of freedom was rated the best and easiest to do and good story line.

Storyboard

A story board of the first 3 minutes of my film The last night of freedom . I’ve completed the storyboards and it is clear and has all camera angles and positions of the characters, my story board could have more detail in the pictures so it would be clearer, as well I could of added more pictures.

Script

Scripted completed with full detail on camera shot and sound which would help to set the mood as well it’s set out clear and in courier.

I need to reword and check my script as a few mistakes have been made as well be more specific.

blusher to put on dressmaker when she was bride as well bride to be to wear it.

• Dress making material ( measuring tape, pins etc)

Where would get the equipment from ?

The costumes I will go into a charity shop and buy old wedding dresses, then I will let the actors wear their normal casual clothes, as well the suit I will borrow off someone.

The camera I will use the school one, or find someone who has a good camera and use it.

Props I will also try and find in a charity shop as it’s cheaper.

Budget

Budget will be low as travel is free with everyone with Oyster cards, as well for lunch the crew will only need about £3 each to get themselves something to eat.

The most expensive part of the whole film will be getting dresses, as they are quite expensive even if we go to a charity shop they are still quite over priced as what I’ve seen when looking around for costumes. But plan is to spend no more then £30 on the dress, as well ask about and see if someone would let us borrow the dress, or go to textiles room and ask if they have one I could borrow, spread the word on face book to request to get the dress.

Health and safetyThis is the health and safety for the whole production of the film I have thought of all the danger we could be in and then resolved them in what we could do and who will do it to reduce and even stop there being any risk.

Why my idea should be take to production phase!

My idea of The Last night of freedom should be taken into the production idea as it is a easy and creative idea, I have thought a lot into how this will be a successful and tried to over come any cons with my idea.

The locations of my idea are out and inside my house which we are able to film, then the other is the church which we have to give a date in and see if its available but I have made contact to the people in charge of the church in Enfield.

My idea is original and has a good use of horror and will catch the viewer’s full attention.

Potential problem and how to come over them

The potential problems we could face is that we could not get the venue of the church of my choice but the way I will overcome is by looking for another church to do the filming in.

Another potential problem is that finding cheap costumes as wedding dresses as very expensive the way I would try and overcome in to try and get a better price or find someone with a wedding dress who would mind letting us borrow for the scene.
