JEDDAH OBHOUR PALACEJeddah, Kingdom ofSaudi ArabiaOne of nine international firms selected to design this prestigious 100 Acre project, LARCH design plus created a Master plan with a central palace complex, a family residential area with entertainment villas, administrative offices with numerous canals, parks gardens, water features and an exclusive private marina.The main concept for the layout began with the nautilus shape that helped to give form to the main marina along the Red Sea. A secondary axis is oriented towards Mecca, while North- South axis five form to vehicular circulation. A third and primary axis becomes the focal point of the spiral. Here the main palace is located with a spectacular view of a fire element in the center. Each of the seven palaces are separated by a canal giving direct access to the Red Sea.

LARCH design plus has been contracted to prepare the Master plan for the exclusive Gezira Sporting Club in 6th October City. Based on program elements at the successful 100 year old Club on Zamelek Island, the new 50 Acre recreational facility will house a Social Club, Lido Building, Children’s area, Tennis Arena, Halls Complex, Water Complex and various sporting fields.
