Description

The LakesThere are two well stocked lakes, the first extending to 0.72 acres of water and the second 0.54 acres of water. Both are clay lined trout pools and naturally fed from both a drain and ditch water.

The lakes are stocked with a wide range of fish including carp, tench, bream, roach, rudd and chubb The lakes have 35 pegs between them which are a combination of river bank and man made timber standard including purpose built pitches for disabled use and are used for both match and pleasure fishing. The record catch at Lanny’s Lagoon weighed in at 100lbs. Gravel footpaths go all around the lakes and there is vehicular access from the main site.

On the northern side of the track are 1.3 acres of paddock land with the remainder of the site being mature woodland and a mix of native hardwood trees enclosed by post and wire fencing, the entire boundary being mature hedging. The whole site totals 6.89 acres.

The LodgeThe Lodge is of timber clad construction on a concrete base and was built in 2014. It has panoramic views overlooking both lakes. The existing accommodation is shown on the floor plan and comprises the following.
