Spring Screening for Level IV EligibilityJanuary 12, 2018:Parents of student in grades 2-7 may refer for level IV eligibility screening. AAP referral forms and optional screening material due to current school(see AAP website for details)
Early April 2018:AAP office will mail letters to notify of AAP Level IV eligibility or ineligibility.
