1. The finishes allowances are as follows: 12 mm thick plaster + 4 mm thk fixing mortar + 6-10 mm tilethickness

2. Provide 3 mm thk spacer for tile both flooring and daddoing.epoxy grout of Dubond make shall be used. spacers shall be ofPVC

3. All toilet shutters will be Sintex make, single leaf with SS hingesand Aluminium tower bolts. The masonry opening size shall be30" X 6'6"

4. The ceramic fixtures shall be as follows-Orrisa pan- Parryware Make, C0116 /530mm/White/Thrift-Urinal- ParryWare Make c0501/White/ Flatback-Washbasins, Parryware make- C0499/ 500mm/White Flair-WC- Parryware Make- C0287 Make/ 88 (S trap)/White/Petite-The plumbing fixtures shall be of Jaquar make- to be specified

5. The plumbing contractor is to furnish the list of fixtures to besupplied at the earliest. He shall also finalise the drainagearrangement after taking into consideration the currentarrangement

6. The door openings shall be topped by 100 mm deep RCC lintelwih nomial reinforcement

7. The ventilator will not need any lintels8. The floor levels in the individual toilets are sloped towards the

Orissa pan or the floor traps as the case maybe..
