• Completed application form (owner/authorised representative) + copy of registered Title Deed.

• Copy of approved SDP (if in terms of zoning regulations).

• Separate form to be completed by professional engineer/technologist (if appointed).

• Set of building plans – Site plan + Layout drawings.

• Zoning Certificate.
