INTRODUCTIONWelcometoSolutionsCubed.SolutionsCubedisaproductofLancaster‐LebanonIntermediateUnit13(IU13),aleadingeducationserviceagencyinPennsylvania.Harnessingtheexpertiseofitseducatorsandtechnicalspecialists,theSolutionsCubedSoftwareSerieswasdesignedbyserviceprovidersforserviceproviders.IU13continuestosupportSolutionsCubedwithproductdevelopmentandtechnicalassistance.SolutionsCubedisacomprehensivesoftwaresolutiondesignedforeducationalpersonnel.ItincludesItinerantTimeTracker,MedicalACCESS(MA)software.

ItinerantTimeTrackerisatoolforserviceproviderstorecordservicetimedeliveredtostudents.ItinerantTimeTrackercanaggregatethisstudentandstaffdatatoproducebillingreports,staffcaseloadinformation,andprepareinformationforMAbilling.

MedicalACCESSisamodulethatfunctionsinconjunctionwithItinerantTimeTracker.StaffcanusetheMAmoduletomanagestudenteligibility,saveanddocumenttheapprovalprocess,andbatchprocessproviderservicelogsforeasyuploadingtotheSchool‐BasedACCESSProgram(SBAP)statewidecontractor’swebsite.

SolutionsCubedisasecure,web‐basedsystemthatcompilesinformationfrommanysourcestoproducereportsforanalysisanddecision‐making.Additionally,SolutionsCubedconvenientlydocumentsneededinformationforMAelectronicsubmission,customerinformationandbilling,andinformationrequiredforfederal/statemandates.SolutionsCubedisanenterprisesolutionthatstreamlinesprocesses,increasesefficiency,andimprovesaccuracy.Note:Allstudentandstaffinformationdisplayedwithinthismanualisfictitious.
