Dibawah ini terdapat pernyataan yang menggambarkan pengetahuan atau
perasaan atau pendapat anda, apabila anda merasa tidak setuju dengan pernyataan
tersebut silahkan memberi tanda silang (X) pada salah satu ruang di sebelah kiri,
akan tetapi bila anda merasa setuju dengan pernyataan tersebut berilah tanda
silang (X) pada salah satu ruang di sebelah kanan. Semakin ke kiri anda semakin
