Lamar Technical Projects L.L.C was established in 2015, and its based in Dubai-

UAE, providing full services for hard landscape, our services and products in-

clude: stamped concrete, colored concrete, color plaster, exposed aggregate,

risen and wall stamps with alot of options and varieties to choose from. Our

team remains hands on in any project till we deliver it to the Client with the

highest standards of execution and quality, we coordinate between given de-

sign, client’s budget and time schedule to insure smooth operation, and satis-

factory of the clients and all parties involved.

Our vision is to create outdoor hardscape flooring that are aesthetically pleasing, durable and functional while it flows perfectly with soft landscape to create the harmony desired by the designer and the client.Also, we would like to offer designers and clients options to choose from in order to achieve the desired outcome, and insure the quality of our work with our management team and skilled workers on site.

ment manufacturers, the materials we use are imported from Saudi Arabia,

STAMPED CONCRETE

Stamping concrete with different patterns that re-

sults in hyper-realism of the end product that mim-

ic the actual material, this method is implemented

because of its high durability and the ability to with

stand the changing weather and different factors

without fading or changing throughout the time.

Stamped concrete will achieve the desired atmo-

sphere and adds value to property with lower cost.

Stamped patterns include: limestone, bricks and

wood.

COLORED CONCRETE

This method is applied for new concrete floors or existing slabs. Adding and

Mixing colored pigments to concrete mix in order to achieve the desired color,

this method can cover large areas at once, creating very cheerful and colorful

surface.

Polished concrete has gained popularity in recent years due to its slick finish.

This type of finish requires very low maintenance. The finish is achieved by

using lithium silicate which reacts with free lime in the concrete, filling all

voids in the concrete, thats why there is no need to apply sealer on top of it

which means that it doesn’t ware out and the sheen on the finish lasts. There

are three types of grinds used in polished concrete: Light, Medium and Full

Grind.

EXPOSED AGGREGATE

Exposed aggregate concrete is available in a range of aggregate/mix and

color, suited for traditional and modern styles.It is available for residential and

commercial applications and it’s considered as an alternative to asphalt

finished due to high range. Exposed aggregate is sturdy while it mimics

natural stones such as: Pebble, shells, silicate and crushed quarry stone.

Colored plaster concrete is used to create textured plasters with variety of

shades and pattern, its ideal to provide a high quality finish that is durable and

cost effective. Color plasters can create variety of finishes from modern to

traditional, creating the best desired finish to any given design.

Terrazzo is a method of mixing marble and granite flaked out throughout a

surface by mixing it with cement mortar. This method was developed by

master italian builders. Through the history method of application has been

developed, and the manufacturing of this material became mainstream,

because of its high level of bendiness and chemical resistance. Terazzo as a

material reflects a variety of colorful specs as per selected design, also this

material has an advantage of longevity and low maintenance cost.

RISINS

Shell Coral Desert Pearl

Resins are made of marble aggregates mixed with an organic aliphatic

polyurethane resin. Resin is a high quality material that is UV resistant, and

was tested in our laborotories and on site. Resin has mainly two types: Washed

/ Dried marbles and quarts aggregate. It comes in two recommended thickness

1 cm for pedestrian walk and 1.5 cm for light vehicle traffic. Resin surfaces

should be maintained by regularly cleaning the surface with water jet, and

usually by RESINO Maintenance in order to maintain the surface. Resins can be

mixed with any kind of aggregates which leaves the designers with endless

options when it comes to the the final product.
