Located on the first floor of the hotel, you willbe hard pressed to find a gym with a betterview! Looking out at the scintillating scenery wehave here at Lake Vyrnwy Hotel is surely theonly way to gym… a natural motivator.

Use of the technogym is complimentary to allhotel residents and available to over 16’s only.We do ask that those under the age of 18 aresupervised whilst using the fitness suite. Strictlyno children.

Those wishing to use the gym can do so bysimply signing in at the Spa first.

For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests,Lake Vyrnwy Spa is designed as an adultexperience, and as such is open to those over theage of 18.

Scheduling an Appointment

As a busy Spa, we strongly recommend thattreatments are booked in advance, prior toarrival to avoid disappointment. For weekendappointments, advanced booking is essential.

Please call 01691 870917 to book yourappointment with the Lake Vyrnwy Spa team.

Cancellations

As a courtesy to other guests please allow a 24 hour notice period when cancellingappointments.

As you will understand, appointments cancelledwithin the final 24 hours will carry a 50%treatment charge.

Preparation

It is recommended that no alcohol is consumedprior to your visit to Lake Vyrnwy Spa, and wealso recommend that you consume adequateamounts of water following your treatments.

Special Consideration

If you are pregnant please note that we can onlyoffer treatments to pregnant ladies once theyhave reached 12 weeks. Certain treatments areunsuitable for pregnancy, as well as some of theSpa facilities, please contact us for moreinformation.

If you have any medical conditions, please notifyus when booking, as some conditions mayrequire a letter from your doctor. Failure toprovide us with this information may result in usbeing unable to carry out your chosen treatmentor a reduction in your treatment time.

Courtesy

We ask that all mobile phones are turned off onentry to the spa and placed in your locker toensure tranquillity for all.

The Art of Spa

To ensure that you do not miss out on your fullspa treatment time, plan to arrive at LakeVyrnwy Spa at least 15 minutes before your firsttreatment. This will enable you to familiariseyourself with your surroundings, change intoyour robe and slippers and complete yourconsultation form.

Please note that late arrival to the Lake VyrnwySpa will result in treatment time being changedaccordingly.

Attire

Correct fitness attire is essential to use the gymand swimwear for use of the Thermal Suite.For treatments it is quite normal to wearunderwear, we can provide disposable briefs ifyou prefer. Please do not worry, your modestywill be protected by our expert therapists at alltimes.

Valuables

We ask that you do not wear jewellery for anyLake Vyrnwy Spa treatments, instead place inyour given locker. Lake Vyrnwy Spa accepts noresponsibility for loss of valuables and jewelleryat any time on spa premises.

The Thermal Suite

Use of our Thermal Suite is £10 per person, perday for residential guests.

For day visitors and non-residential guests use ofthe Thermal Suite is £20 per person, per day.
