Treasurer Update

• Catherine Covington is stepping down after serving as treasurer since last year

• Mitzi Angly has agreed to assume the Treasurer duties for the remaining year

• Mitzi is a CPA and Club Manager of Oakhill 4-H

• Thanks Catherine and welcome aboard Mitzi

• Starting balance of $11,890 and ending balance of $12,048• October income:

– Membership dues: $2,415– SOB sales: $1,050

• October expenses:– LT FFA Chapter (students) sponsorship: $3100– Annual liability insurance policy: $240

Dripping Springs Fall Classic

• Dripping Springs Fall Classic (11/16 – 11/17)– Saturday 11/16 for steer and swine– Sunday 11/17 for goats and lambs– Transportation provided by LT FFA Chapter– Most of the entire barn attends this jackpot

• Located at new facility on RR12 in Dripping Springs– Not in Johnson City this year

• Watch for transportation logistic information• Don’t wait until last minute to clip your animals

• Spirit Wear- will be here November 11th. If you DO NOT want your items sent home with your child, you must sign the sheet in the back with contact information.

• We are wrapping up with sponsor shirts. We can not order them until we have everyone sizes. DO NOT LEAVE TONIGHT WITHOUT YOUR SIZE LISTED ON THE FORM. If you are a sponsor, there is a sheet for you as well.
