Waterjet Drilling LAI has developed a new technologycalled Drill-to-Flow™, which preciselydrills holes with complex geometries incoated and uncoated jet engine,power system and airframecomponents.

CNC EDM Our EDM machines offer the samedimensional tolerances available fromconventional machining without thematerial stress and heavy holdingfixtures. Using graphite dressers, wecan produce three-dimensionalgeometry that conventional machinescannot generate.

Automated Verification Our automated CoordinateMeasurement Machines (CMM)combined with Unigraphics and Valisyssoftware enable us to inspect three-dimensional parts and surfaces usingonly electronic data. This newtechnology allows us to map, processand inspect hardware for a cost-effective solution.

Engineering and New Product Introduction We have an engineering staff trained inthe application of Unigraphics CAD,Valisys Inspection and Vericut CAMsoftware. Our talented group ofengineers and process technicians cancreate models and dimensional printsof your products.
