PREQUALIFICATION EVALUATION REPORT

1.1 Introduction

M/s Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) is a public sector company, which has

been established under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984. After the formation

of company, LWMC and City District Government Lahore have signed Services and Asset

Management Agreement (SAMA). According to this agreement, all the functions and assets

of SWM department of CDGL and the TMAs has been entrusted to LWMC.

The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites applications for the Pre-

Qualification from well reputed firms registered with tax departments for LWMC Workshop

for the calendar year 2017 for the following categories.

i. Fabrication Work (for material for fabrication of vehicles, containers, handcarts, koorgans, waste bins, litter traps, motorcycle garbage trolleys etc.).

ii. Supply of Parts (for vehicle, machinery, electrical material etc.). iii. Repair & Maintenance of Fleet (light duty vehicles, heavy duty vehicles and motorcycle

etc.).

1.2 An invitation for PRE-QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS FOR LWMC WORKSHOP FOR

CALENDAR YEAR 2017 was advertised in national print media on November 12th, 2016 in

“Daily Times” and “Daily Jang” uploaded on PPRA website November 14th, 2016. (Copy of

advertisement is annexed).

1.3 In response of advertisement in newspapers and on PPRA website for Prequalification

(Invitation for Pre-Qualification) following potential Applicants purchased the

Prequalification Document.

recommendations according to their financial limits against each category after qualifying

the mandatory & qualification criteria for LWMC Workshop for the following categories.
