Estate Surveyors called for the commencement of a comprehensive Urban Renewal Programme

operational effectiveness and separate Building Control from existing framework for Planning Approval, pending creation of LABCA

2. Review the Regional Plan for Lagos and prepare development plans for all levels in the State

3. Refocus Master Plans already commissioned to concentrate on upgrading of infrastructure and improvement of existing development

4. Replace on-going “model city” plans with Development Guides in all LGA and LDAs to serve as briefs for Regional Plan review.
