    LADC Delegate ~ $887 {includes CLE registration, 3-day adult ski lift ticket, cocktail reception abuffet dinner, conference room rental, A/V, conference materials, administration, 4 afternocoffee breaks, 4 continental buffet breakfasts and hospitality suite for three nights.}

    PAYMENT SCHEDULE, CANCELLATION & REFUND:

    A $500.00 deposit per room is due with completed registration. Balance is due November 2009.Hotel cancellations prior to November 6, 2009 are subject to a one night cancellation charAfter December 6, 2008, there is no refund unless the room is resold. There is no refund for ea

    departures or late arrivals unless approved in advance by the Charter. Full refund of registratwill be made for cancellation received in writing by December 04, 2009.

    AIRLINE RESERVATIONS:Karen Thomas, at Resort Travel at The Charter, 877-525-6775 can offer bulk fares into Denver, the Eagle-Vail airport, on Delta, American, United and Northwest from Baton Rouge, LafayetNew Orleans, and Shreveport into Eagle Vail Airport. From Houston she has seats on Unitdirect to Denver. Call Karen and identify yourself as an LADC delegate. Should you have frequflyer accounts, please supply them to Karen. The fares for 2010 are estimated to be in the range$395 - $595, but fares are unpredictable, and you are urged to book early. Tickets are issuelectronically, unless you specify paper tickets. Karen will either email or USPS your reservati
