*PSDC: Dematerialisation and/or Archiving Service ProviderThe law of the 25th of July 2015 acknowledges the probative value of: electronic copies of paper documents dematerialised by a Dematerialisation Service Providerelectronic copies & natively conceived electronic documents archived by a Conservation Service Provider. The electronic archives, (created and) maintained by a certified company with the PSDC status, benefit from the same legal value as the original document.Labgroup is the first company whose processes and procedures conformed to the requirements of the PSDC status. Following the positive verdict of the certifying body, ILNAS (public administration) placed Labgroup on the list of legal persons with the status of PSDC under the number 2016/9/001 and implemented immediate supervision for which the institute is responsible.
