Lab  Inventory  System  (LIS)  

1.  Register  Equipment  Data  -­‐  Then  Print  out  a  Barcode  Label  and  sFck  it  to  the  Equipment  .  This  is  done  by  the  Lab  Administator  

2.  Register  User  Data  -­‐  Then  Print  out  a  Barcode  Label  and  sFck  it  to  the  back  of  the  Users  Access  Card  (some  cards  have  already  a  Barcode  that  can  be  used)  

3.  Equipment  Loan  -­‐  Scan  the  Barcode  on  the  Users  Access  Card  -­‐  Scan  the  Barcode  located  on  the  Equipment  -­‐  Do  the  same  when  returning  the  Equipment

•  Install  the  App  on  you  Computer  and  a(ach  a  Dymo  LabelWriter  450,  then  you  are  ready.  

  Note!  The  App  needs  to  be  installed  on  the  Computer  you  are  using
