Flywheel and Key

• Insert the flywheel key into the slot on the crankshaft then instert the flywheel.

Flywheel Cont.

• Install plastic flywheel fins. Make sure it is in the correct position.

Flywheel Cup and Nut

• Insert the flywheel cup.• Insert the flywheel Nut.• Torque to 60 FOOT pounds of torque.

Tighten the Flywheel Break

• Using a pair of pliers connect the spring from the flywheel break.

• Before install the armature CAREFULLY connect the wire on the back of the armature. Leaving the spark plug wire intact.

Ignition Coil• Using a 10mm socket insert the bolt holding

on the armature. We will torque it and set the gap when we put the second bolt in.
