MD5 Hash: MD5 which stands for Message Digest algorithm 5 is a widely used cryptographichash function that was invented by Ronald Rivest in 1991. The idea behind this algorithm is to take up a random data (text or binary) as an input and generate a fixed size “hashvalue” as the output. Procedure: Step 1 to n. Make the topology. On router set hostname. Line console 0 . Set the password on user mode. Enable password _____. Set the password on priveledge mode. Show running config. Enable reset ____. Service password encryption. Again show running config then enabble secret. Assign the ip on router, PC and server with same network.
