Five garden suites, six main homestead rooms, and three rooms in the Victorian Campbell House make up the 14 room offering. The spacious garden suites are situated around a sparkling pool and in various garden sections. Our water wise, mainly indigenous gardens and private pool area lend the property an air of total relaxation for short and longer stays.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No Shows forfeit 100% of total cost of stay• Cancellations less than 7 days prior forfeit total cost of stay• Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of total cost of stay• Cancellations 14 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of total cost of stay• Cancellations 21 to 29 days prior forfeit 25% of total cost of stay• +30 a 10% administration fee will be charged

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

• Bookings will be held on provisional basis for 14 days only.• 50% deposit is due 48 hours after date of confirmation to secure the booking (Direct guests).• Final balance is due 30 days prior to date of arrival.• We reserve the right to cancel reservations should full payment or deposit is not received as above.• Full payment is required within 48 hours for bookings that commence within the following 30 days.• Payments can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or credit card.• We have on-site credit card facilities and can accept payment by Visa or MasterCard or secure credit card internet link.

CHECK IN TIMES

• Check in: from 14:00 to 19:30.• If guests are unable to arrive during these times then special arrangements must be made to obtain the

key to the room.• Facilities (bathroom / shower) for those guests who arrive earlier or depart later than the scheduled times.
