DUAL ENROLLMENT Dual Enrollment is a
program that gives a high school student the
opportunity to take tuition-waived college
courses while still in high school. Courses count as high school
credit and college credit.
Concurrent Enrollment is a program whereby a student
takes a course on his/her own for
college credit only. The student is responsible for tuition
and fees and must show proof of
residency.

•Generally, a student may enroll in as many as two dual enrollment courses per semester.•A student with a cumulative 3.0 GPA may enroll in as many as four (4) dual enrollment classes per semester with the administrations/counselor’s permission.•A student must meet prerequisite course requirements before enrolling in a class.
•Pre-Calculus (3) – Pre-Calculus Mathematics 2412 (UTB)•U.S. History (6) – American History 1301 & 1302(UTB)•Business Information Management II (3)- Microcomputer Applications 1301 (UTB)
Courses
•English 4 (6) – Composition I301 & Composition I302 (TSTC)•AP Biology (4) – Biological Concepts I 1308 (UTB)•AP Government (3)– American & Texas Government 2301 (UTB)•Certified Nursing Assistant (TSTC) – Transportation provided.
•Students may participate in one summer class during each of the two available summer sessions at TSTC. The class choice will depend on the students graduation requirements still to be met. Transportation is not provided for summer courses.
