n times past, I have had a few visions and

councils about Nigeria & her Politics, and the Iopening of fresh apostolic realms and a book of the 'Wisdom of

thrones'. Recently, I saw a Council of Financial thrones high up in the

heavenlies. I was praying with a friend over the phone when suddenly, I

saw a conference of Seats high over Europe. A high level Council of

Financial powers that rule over the globe, having a

conference and making decisions that will affect finance

globally. The Seats were high up in the heavenlies

above all seats and were financial seats of power.

Whether they were human or Spiritual powers,

I cannot say for sure, but they were very high

up, sitting in a circle above the atmosphere.

thn the 6 of July 2014, I had a dream where I was in a fellowship

with others and a minister of God who had gone home to be with Othe Lord came into the meeting accompanied

by two men. All of them were carrying piles of books. I

asked him what he came to do, “I came to bring books

for the children...by the way, Kenneth E. Hagin's

conference has begun.” Immediately he pointed me to

a television screen. When I looked at the screen, it was

displaying names like cast in a movie, then I saw the

In Acts 26:27 Paul, making his defence before king Agrippa, cries out: “King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest”.

In 2Ch 20:20b we read: “... Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.”

Since the recent resurgence of the supernatural, especially among the e m e r g i n g a n d e m e r g e n t generations God has graciously multiplied visions and revelations among us. The purpose is so that we may no longer be blind; so that we can walk in greater accuracy, so that we can engage the spirit realm with greater precision, so that our choices and decisions would be intelligent and informed, so that ultimately, we can partner with God to get His will done on earth.

In this edition of Seer Monthly we bring you visions, revelations and dreams from our trusted friends who are members of COSAPP. Let this ‘intel’ do more than inform you; let it form the basis of your spiritual actions for the season. Amen.

Afterwards, I found myself in the midst of a large

circular cabinet desk with many personalities on

seats all around that cabinet desk. I was in the

middle of it and they were seated all around me,

having high level financial deliberations.These

powerful beings were not all human, then I saw

judgment being passed in favour of the brother I was

praying with, by the same council, then I realized

that both visions were connected. I saw that

financial laws that will shift wealth on mass scale to

him were passed in his favour. As I prayed in their

middle, I saw the entities in the second vision writing

things down, and realized that they were factoring

my prayers and decrees into their policies decisions

and laws and as Daniel 7 says that judgement was

made in favour of the saints.

I can't remember ever being in a financial council in

the spirit. This is definitely my first time of having it

at this level, seeing global 'Financial powers' and the

'wealth of the Seas' being mentioned specifically in a

vision and given to a believer. Thus we are being

urged to specifically decree massive wealth into the

councils that are still on going right now in the spirit,

as that circular cabinet seating had not ended when I

came out of the vision. The brother had a measure of

breakthrough in a financial deal in Europe as we

prayed! Further additions, confirmations and visions

A Time for Summoning Apostolic

Circles

ate in February

2013, while on a Lstring of meetings

in Makurdi, I was taken

into a trance and found

myself in a room in

heavenly places where the 12 apostles of the Lamb

were in a conference. I could identify the 12

apostles, Apostle Paul who acted as a scribe in the

meeting, and some others, sitting around a table in

deep discussions.The table was to the left side of the

hall and there was a large circle on the floor in the

middle of the hall. There were also designs around

the circle on the floor that looked like leaves. The

large table where the apostles sat and talked was on

the left edge of the circle.

My initial reaction was that of fear & surprise

because I wondered what I was in that place for and

why I had been allowed into such a meeting.They

spoke at length on a number of issues, sometimes

with much intensity. I saw them consult, decide and

agree among themselves. They spoke about how

their mantles will now be connected to young

apostles in our generation. They showed me specific

connections between them and some young men I

knew personally. Showing pictures of faces on earth

and who was connected to who.

At the end of the meeting, they approached me with

Paul as the head of the group.He handed me a file

and the minutes of the meeting saying, “you must

get this across urgently. It is now time to summon

apostolic circles”. He raised several issues. Then

they reminded me of a meeting a brother had asked

me to hold, to which I had refused.They said to hold

the meeting in the morning as he had asked.

Showing me his image and saying, “He is connected

to Peter”. Afterwards, I came out of the trance. Still

in shock, I shared the experience with folks who

came to see me in the morning, and a sister

informed us she had similar encounters during the

night and was told about me, that I would not leave

until I did all I was led to, and hold a meeting, which

would end by 12 noon.The meeting held, and the

anointing left the meeting at 11:57am. We closed

the meeting at 12 noon.

The confirmation from this sister brought home the

reality of the encounter I had. Thenceforth, I noticed

a series of twelves in the dealings from the Holy

Ghost.

Late in December, 2014, I saw the same

apostles gather round and they spoke with the same

intensity of utterance like the former, it seemed as if

they were still in council. And I was given insight that

the fact that my vision occurred in February 2013 did

not mean the meeting had started and ended that

night, but that the council meeting of the apostles I

saw then was still on going, and had only just ended

in December 2014 according to our own earthly

time. The order to 'Summon apostolic circles' which I

heard in February 2013 actually became more

accurately functional from December 2014 into

2015 which was the proper alignment of time and

eternity for that word. Therefore the release of

apostolic utterance and impartation is strong for this

period. And the 'circles' spoken of then are ready for

now as the 'cycles' required then have now come full

circle now. Bringing forth new shapes, wineskins,

and platforms.He who has understanding let him

interpret the following:

name JOSHUA on the screen. I have been pondering ndon it and praying for interpretation. On the 2 of

January 2015, I had another dream where I was in a

fellowship and Rev. Kayode Oyegoke while

ministering said, “I want to teach you on the

relationship between Joshua and Jesus.”

was praying

at night, I suddenly saw the heavens open with rays

of sunlight bursting through and birds flying in the

sky. Then I heard a voice say, “The sons are arising.”

The Spirit of God began to link all these experiences

in my heart. He said that a generation of people that

was prophesied and spoken of by prophets like

Kenneth E. Hagin are being released. They are

presently on the scene. That is, they are the new

actors on the scene been released by heaven. They

king. The spirit of Christ rests upon them and they

would not relent until the kingdom of this world

While praying on the 4th of February 2015, I heard

“...and the WORD was made flesh” as I was

pondering and praying, the Spirit of the lord began to

minister to me that in this season, God is restoring

the glory, beauty and honour of the WORD. He said

that just as angels heralded the coming of Jesus - the

WORD made flesh, so also would the angels in this

season bear witness to the WORD, while pondering

and praying, I saw an angel running swiftly with the

proclamation,

“Swift angels are being released because His WORD

runs swiftly” (Psalm 147:15).

We have stepped into a season where the word of the

Lord will no longer 'fall to the ground' but the Lord

will confirm His WORD with signs and wonders. The

Lord said that in this season due to the ongoing

famine of the Word, He is opening up Apostolic

Centres and causing more men to have access to

these centres. He said these centres will release the

resources of heaven (Corn – which is the Word),

these centres will attract men from all walks of life

and nations like in the days of Joseph. These centres

will be strong teaching and equipping centres

carrying strong graces to feed, impart and establish

the people.

The WORD would be released once more in glory,

men would behold The Glory of the Word. Heaven

has opened up its store houses and we would see

the manifestation on the earth in this season.

Forgiveness would be a keyword in this season, as

our brethren who have persecuted us previously

would also come to receive the WORD of the lord.

We are to receive them, forgive, love and feed them

as we do, this world would begin to identify us as His

disciples. Finally, those who would like Mary say, “Be

it unto me according to your word” or “Let down

their nets at His Word,” would experience the

miraculous power of His Word. The creative nature

of His word will be revealed in this season because

we are being entrusted with the power that created

the world -THE POWER OF HIS WORD!!!

This will be very vital to those who missed the first

wave or season of doing such five years ago!

Those who will harness the grace of God this year

and lay solid foundations will be restored to the

place of relevance and will break new spiritual

grounds; while those who despise or are careless

The Word of the Lord For the Harvest

The Word of the Lord For Kingdom Churches

There will be a beginning of global harvest of souls to

the kingdom of God this year, especially from the

Islamic nations and nations given to communism

and idolatry (those who are not the people of God,

will now be called the very people of God!). Some

key leaders and persons of influence from these

nations and religious backgrounds shall have divine

encounters with the Lord himself and will play major

roles in the harvesting of those nations.

This massive harvest of the nations will trigger the

second phase of the harvest; which is the harvest of

the sons of God, as the number of gentiles to be

saved will be brought to completion!

The harvest of sons across the earth will trigger the

third phase of harvest which is harvest of God's

judgments over the inhabitants of the earth.

2015 will be a trigger to these series of harvest and

will continue immensely for years to come!

he kingdom churches will begin to take a

significant lead and will begin to have Tsignificant recognition across the nations of

the earth. The work of the Lord in the church is

entering a very significant season and visible shift in

the operations of the Spirit in the church is going to

occur this year! Just as it was said “that when the

day of Pentecost was fully come”, so will it be said of

the move of the Spirit in this day! The season to

declare the gospel of the kingdom with power,

influence and authority is here! The day is fully ripe

for it! This will cause exodus and movement of the

saints from many Pentecostal churches to the

kingdom churches. As it was some years back, when

revival broke out and many saints moved from the

orthodox churches to Pentecostal churches because

of the word of God, so will it be now. For the day and

season of the feast of the Tabernacles is here!

Genuine hunger and thirst for the new and true word

will find it difficult to advance; opportunities for

spiritual relevance will slip out their hands and

others will take their places!

New dramatic changes in view:Dramatic changes both in the world and in the

Church will intensify in 2015, and become more

alarming! This will be as a result of the glory realm of

God visiting and hitting the earth like never before.

The weight of this glory realm of God will cause a lot

of shaking in the Church and in the world! Such

shaking and changes to be expected among others

include:

1. Systemic failure and collapse in the global terrain.

2. Economic collapse and difficulties in the nations.

3. Security failures and increase in terrorism and

insurgency.

4. Leadership and government failures and collapse

in many nations.

5. Huge Earthquakes, tornadoes and tsunami

6. Severe judgment on wrong and inaccurate church

order and leadership

7.Severe judgment on false prophets and ministries.

8. Massive movement from Pentecostal churches to

the Kingdom churches.

The harvest of the nations

to the kingdom of God will be the first phase of the

harvest!

of God will increase this year.

Emphatically, the kingdom churches have come to

the time of relevance and the season of being

revealed to many people; so that many can receive

and identify with the Lord's message and the life it

carries.

The glory and the presence of the Lord will become

more visible in the kingdom churches, meetings and

conferences; so as to bear witness to the gospel of

the kingdom – for this is the gospel that will close

this age and bring forth the new kingdom age.

NOTE: I can see and perceive that the kingdom

churches need to go through a short period of:

1. Full awakening and equipping for the

sharpening of vision and sight and development of

more spiritual stature.

2. C o m i n g t o H e b r o n : T h i s s i g n i f i e s

relationships, team work and partnership among

the kingdom churches and ministries. The walls and

borders presently existing among the kingdom

churches must give way to bridges and joining of

hands together.

NOTE: All Israel came to David at Hebron (The root-

verb )habar) meaning to join or team up or øáç

league) to anoint him as king over the entire nation.

See 2 Samuel 5:1-3.

David is a type of the kingdom churches and

ministries, presently coming out of the wilderness

to a place of spiritual significance and leadership to

the entire body of Christ.

3. Raising and equipping new levels of

ministries in the churches to bridge the gaps (for the

work ahead will be much and will demand able and

trained hands). The word of the Lord will increase

and the number of disciples will multiply when we

will move through his nation to judge and remove

those who are troubling this nation. There will be

some uproar across this nation during the elections

but there will be selective judgment on wicked men

and leaders!

Some will fall down and die suddenly, while some will

be flown abroad for illnesses and diseases which

they will not recover from nor be brought back alive.

The nations of the earth will see and acknowledge

that it is the finger of God at work in Nigeria.

Afterwards, those who shall be at helm of

affairs and leadership of this nation shall learn to

fear the Lord and listen to godly counsel and

instructions. Some of the political emerging leaders

will have links and access to the kingdom churches

and to true Prophets, who shall teach them and

counsel them in divine wisdom for good

administration. Those Prophets are men who have

been preserved for this time in this nation. They

shall walk in the anointing of Samuel (that ancient

prophet to the kings) and shall be fathers and

covering for many kings and leaders in this nation.

Then Nigeria will rise again among the nations of the

earth in glory and righteousness and shall become a

force to reckon with among the nations of the earth.

There is an inheritance of God in this nation. So

Nigeria will flourish and blossom again and bear the

gospel of his kingdom to the ends of the earth.

Acient Priest in NigeriaThe Invasion of the

Glory Realm upon the Earth and on the Church

saw some ancient priests of darkness over this

nation (Nigeria). They were quite ancient and Ihad a fierce look and appearance. I saw them

cooking what looked like herbs and were monitoring

the steam or flavor coming from the herbs. The

flavor, steam and aroma coming from these herbs

were doing two major things:

1. Generating more aspersion, confusion and

darkness over the atmosphere (heavens) of Nigeria.

The atmosphere of the nation and its inhabitants

seemed to be over-saturated with the odor and

influence coming from the herbs.

2. The aroma/odour seemed to be weakening

the priestly power, fervency and authority of the

church in Nigeria thereby generating more

confusion and lack of accurate direction and

influence by the church over the nation.

I had a knowing that these priests are the spiritual

support for most of the men of influence troubling

this nation. A close look at them showed they were

wearing attires like those of the ogboni fraternity!

As the church in Nigeria, especially the kingdom

churches (whose time have come to take a

significant lead in this nation) arise deliberately and

take up their priestly power and authority and

engage these evil powers and priests of darkness,

most of them and their allies will be removed from

the land of the living and shall be no more. I had a

knowing that one of them was judged and passed

away in 2014! He was one of the priests of darkness

in the South-Western region of Nigeria.

earth, but it will be more frequent and intense in the

earth this year! The glory of God will become more

visible and palpable among his people this year,

especially in the meetings and gatherings of the

saints across the nations of the earth. The glory

realm of God is for the equipping of the saints and is

also for the judgment of the present world systems.

This glory realm will bring along God's judgment to

the present world arrangements and systems. There

will be many systemic failures and collapse across

the nations of the earth as a result of the impact of

the weight and the blazing light of this glory realm of

God! For the systems and arrangements of this

world cannot contain or carry the glory of God.

Many churches and assemblies which are not

aligned with the Lord's purpose and structure will

collapse and give way! This is because they will not

be able to contain the weight and the blazing light of

the glory realm that is coming.

The Lord will judge the false prophetic

ministries and church order! The Lord will also judge

the hands (ministries) that are cooking earthly food;

which are conforming his people to the earth.

At the same time I saw the Lord rewarding the hands

(ministries) that cook heavenly food which conform

his people to the heavenly nature and identity. For

the house of those who cook earthly meals shall

become desolate and forsaken by the sheep of the

Lord and they will flock to the house them that cook

heavenly meals.

saw many kings of the earth coming to seek

and join themselves to the Lord in Zion! These Iare not mere kings but are men who have

global influence over the earth in economy, finance,

technologies, oil and gas, etc.

For their eyes will see the glory of the Lord in Zion

and the brightness of the rising of Zion will be made

manifest for all to see. They will bring their wealth to

Zion and seek the Holy one of Israel. They will learn

his ways and walk in them. Many of them will be

shepherded to the inner rest and peace their souls

have always longed for!

here will be emergence of new generational

apostles and prophets in the church this Tyear!

The Lord is releasing young Eagles and Lions to his

church! The church of Jesus Christ will witness more

immensely the diverse operations and activities of

young lions and eagles; which symbolizes the new

generational apostles and prophets. They will have

sharp and cutting-edge ministries. They will be bold,

courageous, and brave and will possess sharp

accuracy in the word and purposes of the Lord.

They will be instruments to advancing the prophetic

purpose of the Lord to a new frontier in the Spirit.

The Emergence ofyoung Eagles and Lions

The Lord will back up their words and activities with

great power and authority; and they will work great

signs, wonders and miracles. They will bring new

measures and operations of the supernatural to the

body of Christ. New season will they bring to the

entire body of Jesus Christ and they will be

consolation to the hearts of the fathers (older

eagles and lions), who have been fighting the

battles of the Lord over several years.

about 2 a.m., I

had a dream. In

the dream, I

sense with my

left ear and my

intuition. I sensed the Church is on a journey. In her

progression, I became aware of a place that was

both a landmark and a person. I felt it was a person

because the place could speak with me.

Instinctively, I knew the place was Elijah but I saw

nobody. Also, I noticed we couldn't fellowship with

other realities in the future until we experienced the

Elijah landmark. Elijah's concern was for the fruits

of Christ in the Church. One of His words was, “the

measure of the fruits of Christ born in you is the

measure of the same you can share with a dying

world.”

In a dream in the second week of January

2015, I saw contention over a move of God going

towards secondary schools. The accuser went

ahead of the move to harden the hearts of these

students against the message of sonship,

threatening them that they will not be successful if

they gave themselves to it. Consequently, I saw one

of the students evolve into a stature that was totally

antichrist. His antichrist expression was like that of

Goliath. He dared anyone to come and defend the

cause of Christ but most of the people fled. After a

while, the Spirit of boldness was stirred up in one of

the spectators. He suddenly became bold enough to

challenge Goliath. Also, I saw Him demonstrate

wisdom by not fighting the enemy on his platform

(the school chapel) rather, he challenged Goliath to a

combat in the school hall. On the day of the

challenge, Goliath did not show up. Then all the glory

was given to God! From this dream, I perceive that

the harvest of our secondary schools is ripe. The

advancing church must therefore pay attention to

this harvest.

Around October last year, I had another

dream that I believe was describing the economy in

2015. In the dream, I went to the market to buy a

product. The price was N170. Three weeks later in

my dream, the same product was sold for N470.

Then a voice reading Revelation 6:6 woke me up.

From the dream, I perceive this year will be

characterized by inflation, however, our Father has

also made a way of escape for His Children. Just like

a Jew without the blood on the lintel of His house will

be treated like an Egyptian by the angel of death, so

will a child of God without Faith for the supernatural

provision of God suffer like an earthling.

walls, because God is going to be releasing some

things in our generation.

We were in a meeting and while I was praying I

began to say “Apostles and Prophets” and I began to

hear that I should pray for pioneers to rise in my

generation, because court sessions are going on

over my generation and it's like what happened in

the era of Daniel, that my generation is being

weighed in the spirit.

It's more like they want to release something

unusual to this generation, it's a pioneering mantle,

but someone has to stand in the gap so that they

can release these mantles. Immediately, after the

meeting I related the burden to few of my friends,

and as I was relating the burden to them someone

said let's have a prayer chain and it's going to be

continuous. No storage in prayers and the prayer

will be centered on our generation.

n the 18th of feb. The hand of God was

upon me in prayer...after engaging in the Ospirit for a while I became conscious of the

presence of angels about me; there were several of

them, it seemed, but one of them was presented to

me as Dominion; another as the Minister of

finance. I understood the Minister had come to

help and would be working alongside me to release

resource to folks who were being activated with

certain Kingdom initiatives. My heart has

particularly been on media related interventions.

The Holy Spirit had been giving me signals and

witnesses all week long relating huge impartation of

favor, grace, wisdom for folks to get resource as

they come into ordinations, and alignment to

execute apostolic, Kingdom mandates. I had shared

this conviction with Robyn previously. As the

encounter ensued I asked the Lord to give me

further witness about this Minister of Finance, and

was somehow led to google the phrase. I was greatly

assured to find that Shawn Bolz has been having

encounters with this angel. But my greatest

excitement lay in the prospect of his having turned

up to do some Kingdom stuff at this time, and

especially the combination with Dominion. A new

apostolic era is here, amen. Shawn's prophetic

experience is published here for your edification.

ast night I had a dream

that redirected me in Lwhat I was going to

write this month. In my dream,

I saw a man who looked

familiar but I couldn't

make out his features. He

came and handed me a

large heavy book that I

had also seen before but I

couldn't make out the cover. I looked at the back of

the book and recognized it. It was my book, “Keys to

Heaven's Economy, an Angelic Visitation from The

Minister of Finance,” but in this copy there were

more chapters.

My eyes were then opened and I recognized this

man; I was again seeing the Minister of Finance of

the Kingdom. “Read,” he commanded, and so I did.

I began to read about the future as if it had already

happened. The projects in people's hearts that are in

seed form now, were fully birthed and written about

in this expanded version of my book. It was as

though I had interviewed people on the details of

how God had given them direction in their projects.

It filled me full of faith as I saw thousands of names

and their projects in the book.

In the book I had written the same phrase over and

over: “And the Angel of the Lord directed Him/Her

to….”

I knew the Angel of the Lord had been assigned to

direct people very specifically, according to the

pattern of heaven concerning the stewardship of the

projects and resources that will bring Jesus His

reward.

Then, I was lifted up in the dream and I saw lights

over the entertainment industry capitals in America.

The lights were the angels of the Lord who were

piercing through the heavenlies, bringing

messages, wisdom, instruction and RESOURCES for

people's anointed projects with the creative arts.

As I was looking over the map of America it

expanded to a worldwide view and I saw activity in

India as angels began to gather over the Hollywood

industry. I saw them in Singapore, especially on

animation. They flew to Toronto for film and drama.

There were even more in France, as God touched

some of the key artistic minds with redemption and

expression.

These lights formed a net in the Spirit over the

globe. I realized that there would be arts touching

almost the entire world in a very short time. There

really is going to be resources to release a new

renaissance in the Arts, so that the Word can be

seen and heard in a way that will impart the greatest

faith realm since the early church. In these times of

darkness we need to see such a great and

marvelous light...

In the very last part of the dream I looked

back at the Minister of Finance and saw Him with a

group of people from different nations. They were all

on the verge of purchasing properties for Kingdom

purpose. Many of them didn't have full resources to

purchase the properties and they were talking

amongst each other when the angel spoke above all

of them and said “The promise will make way for the

purpose.”

This sentence was spoken by God to a dear friend of

mine and when the angel said this it overwhelmed

me. I will forever remember this sentence in this

context. I then awoke.

Heaven's resources are being poured upon those

who will unselfishly give Jesus His reward!
