DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION • Horizontal multistage centrifugal pump fitted with ring sections that are sealed with O-rings and external casing Tie-bolts.
• Grease lubricated grooved ball bearings are arranged (outboard) on each side of the bearing housing to absorb any residual forces.
• The suction flange is horizontal and the discharge is vertical, both are cast with feet allowing any forces to be delivered direct to the baseplate and foundation.
• The shaft is sealed by an uncooled stuffing boxes with packing rings as standard though may be fitted with mechanical seal as an alternative.
• Replaceable shaft sleeves are fitted. Flanges• Suction PN16/DIN 2533, Delivery PN40/DIN 2535.
