2:15–3:45 p.m.▶SCREENING OF ABACUS MOVIEJoin us for a special screening of Abacus: Small Enough to Jail, featuring Vera Sung, JD’90, and Chanterelle Sung, JD’04. Their family’s Chinatown bank was the only one in the country prosecuted in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. Catch the broadcast premiere Sept. 12 on PBS’ Frontline.
3–4 p.m. ▶ STUDENT-LED LAW SCHOOL CAMPUS TOURSDeparts from registration area at 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Highlights include the Center for Experiential Learning, the St. Thomas More statue, and the Law Library. The library’s fall exhibit, “Discovering Cases: Yearbooks, Reporters, and Beyond,” examines the history of case law in Anglo-American legal literature.
