Does not tell us about a person's intelligence
Helps us understand why some tasks seem easier for
us than others
People learn most effectively when matched with their
preferred learning style
We can improve our learning by knowing our strengths
and doing more of what we're good at
We can improve our learning by knowing our
weaknesses and trying to enhance these skills
Best to have a large repertoire from which to draw
