Product OverviewKwik Column is the new robust, column formwork system from RMD Kwikform, able to accommodate column sizes from 200mm up to 1.0m in 500mm increments. The simple design ensures the system is safe and fast to erect, supporting tight construction deadlines.

Strength to weight ratioThe lightweight system provides a robust support to the form easy handling improves on-site productivity.

AccessoriesThe system has a full range of accessories, including Access Platforms, to allow for the safe erection and handling of the forms and safe concrete pouring on-site.

Galvanized ComponentsImproved corrosive resistance giving longevity and improving the general appearance of the formwork system.

GTX or Aluminium BeamsKwik Column can be assembled using GTX timber or any Aluminium Beams, allowing customers to use their own stocks.

External TiesTies are located outside the shutter, limiting remedial works on the concrete column.

In DetailSimple Shutter ConnectionColumn corners are easily connected with Rapid Bar Tie secured through the Tie Holder set at 45°.

Safe AccessAccess Brackets provide a safe working platform, not only for pouring and vibrating concrete, but can also be positioned to provide access during erection and dismantling on higher column forms.

Easy LiftingShutters can be easily repositioned on-site using the integral lifting loop on the Prop Connection Bracket. Columns can also be lifted using either the GTX or Alform Beam Lifting Unit.

Flexible Column Plan SizesAs an enhancement to the integral 50mm incremental adjustment, the End Splice Unit allows Column Arms to be joined together to accommodate column dimensions of any sizes.
