�� ��� ��FUND OPaL RAISES Rs 335 CR VIA MAIDEN NCD ONGC PETRO ADDITIONS LIMITED (OPaL), a joint venture of ONGC Ltd. & GAIL (India) Limited and co-promoted by GSPC, has successfully com- pleted its maiden issuance of Listed Non-Convertible Debentures by mop- ping up Rs 335 crore at the coupon rate of 8.60%.The tenure of the NCDs is 3 years and 3 yonths. The NCDs were given top notch rating of AAA (S) by ICRA Ltd. and AAA (SO) by CARE Ratings Ltd. The maiden NCD is- suance of the company received strong response from the investors with bids received in excess of Rs1,400 Crores for an issue size of Rs 250 crore having an option to retain oversubscription.This issue drew response from different in- vestor classes like mutual funds, insurance companies, pension funds and banks. OPaL has appointed Trust In- vestment Advisors Pvt. Ltd. as advisors to its maiden NCD issuance programme. OPaL has plans to raise NCDs during the current financial year through multiple tranches. OPaL delegation receiving the Greentech Award OPaL announced that it has won the coveted Greentech Safety Award (Platinum Category) for its splendid safety performance during 2017-18.
