Ksoft Technologies has been established with the aim to cater for a high end market who are looking for software and website development with lots of complexity and modules involved into it. We have a highly experienced team with more than 20 years of total expertise in this domain. We have currently ventured out with a new office amidst the greenery and nature blush area in Kerala (passionately known as GOD’s own Country by the tourists fraternity).

This location was specifically selected to give more of lineage and a connection with nature to the development team and our visiting customers from the US and European market. The office location has very good access to roads, rail and 2 international airports within 70-80 kms range.

This is a startup firm and has all the flexibility and maneuverability of the same without any bank debts or liabilities. This has been totally funded and managed by the founders. The initial team has been selected for their core expertise and high level of humanly characters and traits along with a very quick and high learning curve.

We can do projects / applications / websites in the below methodology:-

Dedicated Resource Mode -- wherein the resources are virtually hired by you and will be directly working under your control on a day to day basis. They will be located in our office and will have multiple channels of communication which are quick and reliable other than emails. This is good for long term & projects where the scope is not defined to the smallest part. The customer has more freedom to change scope very quickly and no financial liabilities.

Also, the developers daily work is under the control of the customer. The team size will be of Developers, Project Manager & QA (incase the customer is allotting work on a daily basis and has a project manager onsite then the project manager can be removed from the virtual team)The billing will be every 15 days in advance. Payment options are Draft / Cheque & paypal (for paypal additional 10% of total invoice for transaction charges will be added)

Fixed Price Project -- wherein the project will be evaluated for the work effort and a price for the same will be fixed beforehand. The developers will not be in direct contact with the customer. Only the project manager / lead will be in touch over emails. Regular updates will be given onto the progress of the project. This is good for small projects and scope is fixed. Change is scope will bring in more financial implication as the cost will escalate.

The billing will be 40% in advance 40% on finalisation on our staging server and 20% on client acceptance / testing and deployment to client server & making live. Payment options are Wire Transfer / Draft / Cheque & paypal (for paypal additional 10% of total invoice for transaction charges will be added)

Note : Both the projects models will be hosted on a staging server with view rights to the client for monitoring regular progress.Development effort / Virtual Developers are normally billed between 25-30USD per hour.** for realisation of cheques/Draft etc there will be a time lag of 25-30 days
