KRISPY KREME FUNDRAISER

Dear Students, Parents, and Friends of CMIT,

CMIT is proud to announce our school sale of KRISPY KREME ORIGINAL GLAZED

DOZENS.

Orders are being taken for 1 dozen Krispy Kreme Glazed Doughnuts at $7 per

dozen. Please use attached order form for sales. Do not turn order form in. You

will need that for your delivery. Submit the bottom portion of this form along

with payment (cash or checks payable to CMIT) to Mr. Distin in the front office

during homeroom.

Sale Starts: Thursday, January 30, 2014

Sale Ends: Thursday, February 13, 2014

Delivery Date: Thursday, February 20, 2014
