BERTHING / UN-BERTHING PROCESS CHARGES

PILOTAGE CANCELLATION CHARGESUSD 600 If cancelled between 2 hrs ti ll pilot boarding.

PILOTAGE DETENTION CHARGES

NIL First 30 minutes delay from the nominated pilotboarding time.

USD 1,000Per 30 minutes slab and applicable when delay is morethan 30 minutes (for pilot detention - USD 600 + tug

detention - USD 1,400 per hour).

LAUNCH HIRE CHARGES

(TRANSPORTATION FOR PASSENGERS / SHIP STO RES ONLY)

35 BP TO 49 BP -USD 750 PH The charges shall be a pplicable for minimum 3 hrs.

If used by two different parties, each party to pay thesaid charges.50 BP and above

COLD MOVE CHARGES

COLD MOVE PER GRT

Cold move will be carried out only on prior approval. C harges for each process of berthing / un-berthing / shifting will be 4 times the PILOTAGE and TOWAGEcharges. Addl. Tug hire charges if any, will be a s per Port tariff on an hourly basis.

Whenever the engine fails during berthing / un-berthing / shifting / warping - It willbe treated as a cold move & will be charged at twice the normal pilotage andtowage charges. Additional tugs used for the movement will be as per port tariff onan hourly basis.

PENAL BERTH HIRE

PENAL BERTH HIRE CHARGES

3 times of the berth hire charges as per the tariff.

Applicable when vessel is not rea dy to sail (i.e. Fail to book outward pilot memo)After 2 hours from the time of completion of cargo.
