Adam Hayes is an internationally recognized performer, educator, andclinician. A versatile musician, Adam has performed throughout NorthAmerica, South America, Europe, and Asia, including performances withover 40 professional orchestras throughout the world. With an interest innew music and creative music, Adam endeavors to promote the latest insolo trumpet repertoire. His debut album CURRENT, recorded with pianistKris Carlisle, features innovative ̂ compositions for solo trumpet and pianoand is distributed internationally on Curvepoint Media. Several of Adam'ssolo, chamber and orchestral recordings have been broadcast on radio andtelevision. He can be heard on labels including ACA, 5ive Happiness,Curvepoint, Hal Leonard, and Mark Records. Adam Hayes is Artist-in-Residence and Assistant Professor of Music at Berry College in Rome, GA.He holds the Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The University ofCincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, a Master of Music from theUniversity of New Mexico, and a Bachelor of Music from The University ofGeorgia. He is an artist/clinician for Eastman Trumpets.

Renowned percussion artist John David has performed throughout theUnited States and Europe in a variety of classical, jazz, and commercialsettings. Currently residing in Atlanta, John is one of the most sought-afterpercussionists in the nation. Known for his infectious grooves, John is alsoan accomplished studio drummer having played on many commercialrecordings. Some notable artists he has performed with include ArturoSandoval, Bruce Hornsby, and the Jaco Pastorius Big Band. He has twicereceived international awards from Downbeat Magazine. In addition to hisactive performing schedule, John currently teaches percussion and jazz atBerry College and the University of North Georgia. He received histraining at the University of Miami, University of Georgia and ColumbusState University.

Kris Carlisle received his training at the San Francisco Conservatory ofMusic and the Claremont Graduate University. He has studied with suchnoted artists as Louanne Long, Mack McCray, Lita Guerra, and SusanSvrcek. He has been the winner of many competitions and the recipient ofvarious awards including: the Martha Fischer-Tye Foundation Award; aSpecial Achievement in Musicology Award from the Kennedy Center,Washington D.C.; and a Georgia Music Teachers Steinway Piano GalleriesEducator Grant. Specializing in contemporary music, Dr. Carlisle iscurrently promoting his latest album with trumpet artist, Adam Hayes. Thealbum CURRENT, is a collection of contemporary works for piano andtrumpet. This collaborative album features innovative compositions fortrumpet and piano and is distributed internationally on Curvepoint Media.Along with soprano Dina Cancryn, Dr. Carlisle has served as Artist inResidence at the Banff Centre for the Arts in Banff, Canada exposingaudiences to the works of contemporary American composers. Hisrecording project, The American Evolution - explores the ways in whichcontemporary American composers have used traditional compositionalgenres while incorporating contemporary musical language.
