KPI Intelligent Controller features1. A fully integrated management system using proprietary

demand response software. The unit uses a range ofsystem inputs including pH, ORP, conductivity, corrosion,and chemical tank status. A comprehensive arrangementofuserdefinedsettingsthenallowsthegenerationofcontrolsystemoutputssuchasdispersantdosing,pHdosing,ORPdosage of oxidants, secondary biocide dosage, inhibitordosing,bleedcontrol,optionalBCDMHfeederdosing,andalarmstates.

ThephysicalconfigurationoftheKPIIntelligentControllerforCoolingWaterTreatmentcanbe tuned tocoolingsystemsofanysize.Formostapplicationsit is ideallysuitedtobeteamedwiththeAquariusHighPerformanceperistalticdosingpumps(tri-roller‘squeeze’pumpsratedto350kPa/50psiand outputs of 1.0 lts/hr and 3.0 lts/hr). On systems thatrequirelargerdosingvolumesthereareoptionstoconfigure3rdpartypumpsandBCDfeeders.

3. The Controller is in fact an Information Centre with dataanalysiscapabilities. Data loggingandevent loggingnowretain a history of all parameters and significant events.New calculations for oxidant values as Free AvailableHalogen(FAH),andtheLangelierSaturationIndex(LSI)areincluded.
