By this letter, I recognize Muhammad Iqhrammullah as the best student to represent our university based on his good achievement in academic and his good competence in leadership. He himself also has a big awareness of social situation more than the others. His knowledge in infomation technology holds a great potential to benefit his study performance in Chemistry, which is the major he takes.
