Wow, we’ve got a good-looking crowd of kids here today! Welcome to Konnect! My name’s _____ and I’ll be your emcee! Have you heard of a DISCIPLE? Well, a disciple learns about, follows, and lives for Jesus! Repeat after me: DISCIPLE! (pause) Awww … you sound like a bunch of old grandmas! Repeat after me: DISCIPLE!! (pause) That was better! Keep the word DISCIPLE in your mind as we watch Nitro break down the rules!

I saw some generous Konnect kids! Now here’s a hint about what we’re learning today: I’m a disciple when I copy how Jesus lived. Now repeat it after me: I’m a disciple when (pause) I copy how Jesus lived. (pause) Di-no-mite! Now that the Point’s in your head, let’s see which Konnect crew member figures it out!

Now we all know what it’s like to be a POTTER, and we know what good clay feels like, too! Raise your hands high if your gonna let God be your potter! (pause) You’ve been so tremendous — I’m awarding a few Dots to BOTH TEAMS! It sure is getting close! Watch this worship video with me so we can all know about worshipping God!

Now how many rules were there? Show me with your fingers! (pause) That’s right, four. When your team is being a great example of following all four rules, I’ll give you Dots. Now it’s time to glorify God with offering. Watch the offering video, while I pick two friends to pick up the gifts you brought for God!

The Konnect crew got made fun of for being DISCIPLES, but that didn’t stop them! The Bible has a Verse that talks about just that. When I found out Jesus died for me to make me right with God, I was surprised He loves me so much! But He does. Having Jesus in your heart makes you able to copy Jesus every day. Don’t try to do it all by yourself! Ask Jesus to save you and help you! You can talk more about the ABCs and becoming a DISCIPLE in your small groups while I give out some more Dots!
