On 28th august,2014 Chhattisgarh Jan

DhanYojana was launched in

Chhattisgarh.

During the inauguration, the programme was

organised jointly by the Directorate of

Institutional Finance Chhattisgarh and the State

Level Bankers Committee.

It was launched at the same time all

across the country and at the State level in

Raipur and at district levels and also at all

the district headquarters of the State.

Under Chhattisgarh Jan dhan Yojana, each

and every person will be benefitted with loan,

savings and can easily get access to all the

bank facilities with the opening of bank

account of each family.

Many advantages under this scheme. Under the

Pradhanmantri Jan Dhan Yojana each family

will be provided with one basic account along

with debit card.

It will be a beneficial scheme for cores of poor

people in the country. This scheme has been

beneficial to the people who are residing in the

rural areas.

People staying in rural areas can easily gain

lots of benefits with this scheme.

It offers the accident insurance security of Rs 1

lakh to each family and it can also help people

with the benefit of direct transfer through their

bank accounts.

This scheme has proved to be a milestone of socio-

economic development for poor families of the cities

and villages in the places which lack proper banking

facilities.
