According to Muhammad Nubli (2008), personality consists of :◦ External aspects (physical) – talkative, friendly,
love to smile.◦ Internal aspects (emotion, spiritual, cognitive and
social) – thinking, feeling, ◦ The combination of these two aspects will be
shown through behaviour; known as individual personality.
INTRODUCTION
Burger (2000) gives three processes that should be given priority in developing positive personality◦ Interpersonal process – your relationship with
others. ◦ intrapersonal process - relationship with yourself.◦ Influence of external factors- influence of mass
media, social media etc.

Personality is not fixed and it will grow and change from time to time according to situation.

Sahsiah is said to originate from Arabic which gives the meaning of personal characteristics (Kamus Dewan, 2011).

There are four main pillars according to Imam Ghazali (1999), ◦ Wisdom – able to think wisely.◦ Courage – brave – you are able to beat the fear. You
come to Malaysia – show your bravery. ◦ Sincerity - doing thing wholeheartedly – honest – you
do certain things because you want to do it – study – for the sake of knowledge – not because of getting money.
◦ Justice – putting thing accordingly – do assignment accordingly – not plagiarism – from your own effort – not copy from friends, internet.
◦ Having all these features, an individual is considered to have a complete and beautiful character.
