Consumer Promotion “KitchenAid® Cook Up The Savings Event”

Timing: September 29, 2016 to November 2, 2016

1) Login to 360 2) Claim Sell-Through Funding Support for the individual qualifying units under the regular MARCH Sell-Through Funding Support program 3) Claim additional funding support for qualifying KitchenAid® major appliances sold during the “KitchenAid® Cook Up The Savings Event” between September 29, 2016 to November 2, 2016. Claims submitted must have the original ticketed price clearly outlined on invoices. Program funding by Whirlpool Canada is 75% of instant savings

• Claimback process will be consistent with the September 2016 Sell-Through Funding Support Program Claimback Process. The Claimback Process and details of the support funding program will be communicated by the Territory Manager or Account Manager. All accounts having access to the Whirlpool Claims World 360 website will submit claims through that site.

• Claim entry deadline will be communicated on Whirlpool Claims World (360). All claims are subject to audit.

• Claims will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at 360 if they pass the initial audit.

• Rejected claims will be sent back to Trade Customer by way of email with an explanation of the reason for rejection.

Rules for eligibility for promotional funding support on qualifying products purchased for the “KitchenAid® Cook Up The Savings Event”

Timing: September 29, 2016 to November 2, 2016

• All advertising by Trade Customer for the June “KitchenAid® Cook Up The Savings Event“must indicate correct percentage savings amount being received with the purchase of qualifying KitchenAid® major appliances.

• Countertop microwaves, accessories, food disposers, small and portable appliances, and certain other major appliance models are excluded from the promotion. A list of qualifying appliances will be provided by Whirlpool Canada. These items can be included on the invoice but will not be counted as one of the qualifying kitchen appliances.

• Any Trade Customer promotion must be advertised separately or, if combined with the KitchenAid® appliance promotion, must be clearly set apart.

EXAMPLE:

• Save 15%1 when you purchase any eligible KitchenAid® Major Appliance during the KitchenAid® Cook Up The Savings Event from September 29, 2016 to November 2, 2016.2

• Consumer purchases of eligible product must be made during the promotional period only.

• All eligible product must be delivered to consumer prior to Jan 31, 2017 (90 days). • Offer not available to second channel, builders or contractors.

• Additional and separate Trade Customer promotions which may be run by the Trade Customer during the

promotional period do not qualify for promotional support funding.

• Notwithstanding that all other requirements are met, Whirlpool Canada will not provide funding support and will not be responsible in any way for advertisements that are deceptive or misleading, that contain misrepresentations or anti-competitive content, or that fail to comply with all federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.

• Trade Customers not meeting criteria will not be eligible to receive promotional funding support.

• APPLICABLE FOR KITCHENAID® BLACK STAINLESS DEALERS ONLY

Retail prices for KitchenAid® Black Stainless models (KOSE500EBS, KODE500EBS, KOCE500EBS, KVIB606DBS, KVWB600DBS, KVWB606DBS, KSD608EBS, KRFC302EBS, KRMF706EBS, KBFN502EBS, KDTM404EBS, KDTM704EBS) prior to the application of the consumer promotions outlined on page 1, are to be at or above 5% off MSRP* Example: $8,999 MSRP with a 5% discount ($449) = $8549.
