FLAME ARRESTER

IN LINE FLAME ARRESTER

END OF LINE FLAME ARRESTER

Kingsley END OF LINE Flame Arrester prevents flame

from propagating inside storage tanks. These low

maintenance END OF LINE Flame Arresters are

installed at the end of pipeline or at the vent of storage

tanks.

SIZES AVAILABLE: 15 NB800 NB

Kingsley IN LINE Flame Arresters are designed and

manufactured to prevent flame propagation inside lines

and ducts carrying flammable liquid or gas.

These bidirectional Flame Arresters are designed to

provide minimum pressure loss.



BREATHER VALVE

PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE

VACUUM RELIEF VALVE

Kingsley Vacuum Relief Valves are designed,

manufactured and tested to prevent over vacuum

formation inside a storage tank. Kingsley Vacuum Relief

comes with dead weight loaded or spring loaded pallets

that lifts at required set vacuum.


Kingsley Pressure Relief Valves are designed,

manufactured and tested to prevent excess positive

pressure build up inside a storage tank. The seal

tightness between disc and seat allows lift at required

set pressure. Lifting of pallet also ensures minimum

product and vapour loss from the storage system.



BREATHER VALVE WITH FLAME ARRESTER

PRESSURE VACUUM RELIEF VALVE

Kingsley Pressure Vacuum Relief Valve ensures

complete protection from over pressure/over vacuum

inside a storage tank. These systems are designed to

provide required flow capacity ensuring minimum vapour

and product loss.


Kingsley Breather Valve with Flame Arrester (Combo

unit) is one of the ultimate protection device for storage

tanks against over pressure, over vacuum as well as

external fire condition.


EMERGENCY VENT

SAFETY RELIEF VALVE


Safety Relief Valves are designed to prevent excess pressure

formation inside storage systems.

These valves when sized and designed properly are capable of

opening at predetermined set pressure allowing required flow

capacity at required overpressure. Required to operate in all

conditions these valve should be capable of handling variety of

fluids.


Emergency Vent acts as a secondary relief device

providing an extra layer of protection in case the

breather valve installed on the storage is not capable of

relieving the sudden rise in pressure.

Abnormal conditions generated due to heat or fire

exposure may create excess internal pressure and a

valve sized to handle normal venting requirement may

fail to work under such conditions. Kingsley dead

weight loaded emergency vent ensure protection of

storage tanks against excess internal pressure.


GAUGE HATCH

FOAM CHAMBER


Gauge Hatches are designed to provide accessible entry

for inspection, measurement and sampling inside storage

tank. Available in unlockable and lockable version these

hatches are easy to maintain with hands free operation.

The hatch can be easily opened by pressing on the pedal

with foot.


According to the NFPA11 standard for low, medium and

high expansion foam, foam chambers are defined as Type

II discharge outlets for delivering foam to the surface of a

flammable liquid.

Kingsley Foam Chamber acts a protection device for

vertical fixed roof storage tanks. The chamber allows foam

solution to pass through an orifice plate. Based on the

customer requirement the orifice plate is designed and

manufactured to provide required flow rate at a specific

inlet pressure.
