Outline: A 10 – 21 day intensive, experiential outdoor leadership foundation course led by our world class training team designed to develop character, build confidence and ignite leadership potential through adventurous training.

Outline: A 2-day course consisting of ‘team activity based tests’ to identify individual leadership potential and future development focus areas. Expectation setting and feedback are both clearly and explicitly assessed. An environment of ‘productive stress’ is created to deliberately put candidates under pressure whilst fostering team spirit and competitiveness. Standards are set and participants assessed against a development benchmark.

GUS NEWBY GRANT
SEANHARRISSean has a professional profile of 20+ years, having founded and led marketing services, consultancy and technology businesses, culminating in the sale of his last technology business to a UK PLC. Prior to that Sean served 8 years in the British Army as an Infantry Officer. He spent his final two years in the Army as an instructor at the School of Infantry, leading courses for 100+ officers and soldiers at a time.
He is passionate about developing the potential in our clients’ leadership teams and brings the rare mix of corporate and military expertise that differentiates the Kinetic Leadership Academy in the training environment.
Gus has spent his working life in the world of leadership and development, as a British Army officer and as a consultant. He has worked with a broad range of industry sectors (from SME to multi-national), NGO’s and on governmental infrastructure projects.
Gus’ last military role was instructing and developing over 200 cadets at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS). He has also designed, developed and delivered leadership training programmes and workshops: from ‘all employees’ to Junior Leaders / 1st time manager of others through to Senior Leaders’ communication training.
TONY NAMIGAITony has over 35 years of international experience with blue-chip multinationals such as Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies where he held various senior executive positions and was responsible for regional and global organisations. His functional experience spans from finance, strategic planning, alliance, operational and general management.
For the past ten years he has been delivering training globally, has designed various workshops (in areas such as leadership, strategy & finance) and developed customised training solutions for a number of large European based multinationals.
Born and raised in Kobe, Japan, Tony has extensive experience working in Japan, Thailand, the US and Europe managing both local and global organisations.
BENOIT GUITAUTBenoit has 15 years of experience in the trade finance, purchasing and consulting environments. The combination of his blue chip track record and passion for training enable him to create and deliver powerful learning experiences for Kinetic’s clients.
His last role before joining Kinetic was as Procurement Senior Manager at PepsiCo in the Capital and operations areas, with a total spend of >$500mio.

PETER HILLAfter rising through the ranks of the British Army with significant worldwide operational experience, Peter was selected to instruct Officer Cadets at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He was further selected as one of the very few Warrant Officers across the Army to return to the Royal Military Academy as a Company Serjeant Major, responsible for the training and personal development of over 300 young Officer Cadets.
After leaving the Army with the rank of Major, Peter was engaged as a special forces instructor in a Middle Eastern State.
KATESURMANKate has a passion for developing others, aiding them to reach their full potential. Her leadership experience foundation was in the British Army where, following her training at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, she led men and women on operations in Iraq / Afghanistan as a Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineer officer. Throughout her career she nurtured the leadership qualities of her young officers, officer cadets and soldiers and was responsible for multi-million pound equipment support operations.
