Vance Ave will be closed for the downtown infrastructure construction.

Access to Kimball and First Presbyterian will be from the back of the churches via W. D St and Cabarrus Dr. West Avenue and portions of A St and Oak Ave will remain closed. B Street will be open to provide access from Main St to Oak Ave Mall, Pizza Hut, Wells Fargo, Lee Warehouse, and Village Grill. 1st St/Laureate Way will remain open as well.

This is expected to be complete around July 2018.

I would like to thank my church family for all of the thoughts, prayers, visits, food and cards over

the past two years of my mother’s illness. All those that participated or helped with her service

as well, Pastor John, Liz, ushers, music and sound, it was a great blessing. I am very thankful

and grateful to have this church in my life. Sincerely, God Bless you all, Tammy Stearns
