Case Study
Kimball Hill Homes- Rolling Meadows, IL.
Objective: To design new Corporate Headquarters that meets the needs of 165 employees. The space needed to have an office with the same attention to detail as the homes they build. To create an office that is as warm and inviting as a new home with rich wood tones and color palette to match. Evolution needed to meet an aggressive move in schedule with multi-phased installation through coordination with all contractors. The ability to Integrate KHH’s in house designer and project team with EI’s ,KI’s and Kimball’s project team was key. Project and Products: KI Genius Wall, Kimball Cetra, Kimball Definition, Kimball Footprint, Scenario training tables, Gianni boardroom & reception, Egan Visual Conference, Kimball Skye seating, Kimball Extreme seating, Kimball Wish Seating, Event Seating
Why the furniture worked: Kimball’s flexibility and easy integration of their product lines allowed KHH to create the functional, inviting and warm work environment they were looking for.
Why Evolution? Evolution’s relationship with Kimball Office as a select dealer allowed us to easily integrate into KHH’s design team. Working within the team we had a very focused approach to the furniture solution. Evolution’s experience with the total office from floor to ceiling wall products to office seating allowed us to provide the perfect solution for KHH.
