Payment and booking information

Please note that we require 40 minutes to 2 hours set up time depending on the venue/items hired

Please ensure you complete your times correctly as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect times. Our last

collection time is 4.00 pm – collections after this time are charged at an additional R150 per hour

Please enquire if there are any travel surcharges payable* Bookings will not be kept unless paid for in full.

Payment can be made via internet transfer to the following account: FNB 62285241619 account holder FunSA Branch code 221126 Ref: Function date, Your Name Cash deposits are an additional 5 percent, minimum R50. Efts and atm deposits are free – payments are to clear BEFORE your event All goods collected require a deposit of the same value which is refunded when goods are returned in same, clean,

working condition. We also require ID copy and Proof of address.

Please ensure we can collect, as arranged. Additional collection fees will be charged should items not be

accessible/ready to be collected.

Please ensure someone is at your venue when we setup, as we are unable to move set ups once we have started

(parks/large venues) should you wish to change location.

We do not provide power supplies/generators or extensions (we do hire extensions). Please make provisions for this

should it be needed. All castles are to be returned in a dry, clean state, packed in their bag, deposits will not be

refunded should a castle not be packed, dry and clean when returned, a repacking fee and cleaning fee for heavily

soiled items may be charged. Castles come with a motor and bag

Cancellations: 50 percent of booking fee if cancelled 2 weeks before the event, 100 percent of booking fee if cancelled

within 2 weeks of the event.

Late returns: The full hire fee will be charged for each day an item is kept passed the hire date. No special or discount

rates will apply. Fees may also be charged should you return after hours, or request an afterhours return or fail to

return the item within the time arranged.

Collection address: 33 Leguna Seca, Lee Barns Boulevard, Ballito (Ballito/Compensation off ramp – turn left, when you

get to Umhlali Country club/Builders Express turn right into Lee Barns Boulevard – we are in the end complex at the

end of the cul de sac – there is a Montecarlo sign at the complex gate. We are currently not offering collection from

our storage in South Beach, only from Ballito
