Gorwell, Watlington, OX49 5QE.BOLLARD BACK IN ACTION■ The rising bollard in Kidlington High Street is back in action again after a series of problems including damage caused by a delivery driver.

The bollard was installed by Conservative-controlled Cherwell District Council earlier in the year to improve pedestrian safety. The bollard is in place to pedestrianise the High Street between 10am and 4pm.

Local councillors have worked with the District Council to ensure the bollard works more effectively in the future.
