************************************************************************************************ Upon the snowy grounds, there was darkness threatening the world. The herds have fled and once was beautiful was destroyed and ruinated. There were no signs of life from the looks of silence everywhere. Then, a group of animal came running from a snowy mountain in the distance. These animals were the Silver-Striped Tigers. They are a strict race of tigers, theonly tigers who had royal blood. They are the only tigers in the world gifted with silver stripes. They were quite powerful, buta more powerful force threatens their existence...

The tigers ran and ran from the evil force threatening them. As they run, a snowstorm suddenly started to erupt, making it harder to run and see. But, they wouldn't give up, not with a tiger king like Shenlong. Shenlong would not let anyone give uprunning. He will never leave anyone behind. "Keep going!" Shenlong ordered, "We can't give up now!" The tigers were verytired, hungry, and weak, but they obeyed Shenlong loyally and kept going. But, the one who was having the most troublewalking through the snow were Shenlong's young sons, Tigura and Diablo. The snowstorm was just too much for them for they're so young. Shenlong slowed down and went to them. "Hurry! Get on top of me," Shenlong offered. Tigura and Diablo did as they were told and quickly because of his father's tone of voice. Tigura held on tightly on his father's back as they continued to move. "Don't worry, you two. We'll make it from this storm." "I know we will. I just hope that Mufasa, Taka, and the others are alright," Tigura said. "I'm almost sure they'll be fine." Shenlong thought to himself, "Ahadi, take care."

The snowstorm began to calm down a bit and the tigers can see clearly. They rested for a moment since they feld from theevil of the demon they ran from. Everyone was very tired, but was relieved of their safety. Shenlong checked if everyone washere. He was relieved that they made it to new lands where it was forbidden for demons to enter. One tiger walked to Shenlongand bowed before telling him his sentence. "Sire, are we close to our new home in the Holy Lands?" he asked. "Yes, we are. We are safe now." "Are you sure the tigers that are here alright would approve of us moving in with them?" another tiger asked. "Yes. I already talked to them about it, remember? They should be expecting us right about now. Let's go."Shenlong looked toward his sons and found them asleep, but clinged tightly on his back. He smiled and turned toward the othertigers and growled to signal them to keep going. The tigers continued to walk until they see another group of tigers waiting togreet them...

Moments later, Tigura and Diablo was fast asleep on a soft nest. Tigura then opens his shining blue eyes and yawned as loud as a tiger cub can. Tigura looked around and sighed when he lays his head down. "Mufasa...Taka...Zazu...Ayame...Zira...where are you all now? Are you okay? Will I ever see you again?" Tigura thought to himself. Tigura got out the nest and walked outside from the cave he was sleeping in and breathed the nice cool air surrounding him. He exhaled contently and smiled a bit. "This place sure feels nice," Tigura said. He looks toward the ground and noticed it was completely clear. "Wow. Solid ground. This will beat walking in snow for sure." Tigura sees a river nearby and suddenly noticed his thirst. He slurped his muzzle and quickly ran to get a drink.

Before Tigura can get a drink, he was stopped by a voice. "Hey, you're not allowed to drink from there!" Tigura jumped andturned around to see nothing. Tigura cocked up an eyebrow with confusion. He shrugs and turns back around to drink from thethe river, but he finds a tigress cub already drinking from it. He jumped again and yelped, getting the tigress's attention. "What'swrong with you?" the girl asks. "Did...did you say that before?" "Say what? I didn't say anything." "Don't lie. I know you did too say that! There's no one else here!" "So what if I did? What are you going to do about it?"The girl quits drinking and stared towards Tigura challengingly. Tigura was impressed by this girl's attitude and smiled towardsher. She then looked rather confused when she sees him smiling. Tigura then slyly pushes the girl over some and went to drinkthe water. The girl only stared at him with stunned eyes, but then frowns and shoved him away. "What do you think you'redoing drinking MY water?!" she yelled. "Your water? I don't think so." "Who do you think you are?" "I happen to be Prince Tigura of the Silver-Striped Tigers! And as the prince, I claim your river to be mine. "Oh yeah? We'll see!"The girl then pounced Tigura to the ground. The girl felt triumphant, but Tigura chuckled heartily. The tigress was puzzled, butwas quite amused with this tiger. She let Tigura get up and sat down as Tigura got up on his feet. Tigura smiled at her broadly."May I ask what your name is?" "Um....Bengala?" "Bengala, huh? Well, I must say you have potential. You sure do know how to make a friend." "I do? Why do you say that?" "Don't kid me. I knew you were just pretending that this river is yours. Am I right?" "How did you know?" "Let's just say that 'great minds think alike.'"Bengala then started to smile a bit at Tigura. "You're interesting. Would you want to be my friend?" "Sure! Umm, can I have some water now since you own the river?" Tigura asked sarcastically. "Why, sure, but only this once," Bengala answered with a laugh.Tigura then went to take a drink and Bengala joined him. The two cubs looked toward each other, smiled, and continued todrink.

Under a tree, miles from the cubs, Shenlong and a couple of tigers were in a meeting. One lion was the elder of this clan oftigers. The other tiger was a follower named Mano. "Thank you for letting us stay with you," Shenlong said to the elder. "It was the least we can do for our kind. We would do anything for you." "Well, how long do you think you can stay?" Mano asked. "Well, I'm not too sure. We might have to stay for a while or we have to stay with you now." "Well, until now, you and your clan can relax here," the elder said. "Thank you. I must go now. My sons may have woken up by now."Shenlong then quickly ran off into the forest.

Shenlong ran quickly through the forest. A tigress ahead was walking around looking for something. Shenlong then bumpedinto her and she fell to her side. Shenlong then walked towards her in panic. "Oh, I'm so sorry! I didn't see you!" Shenlong saidwith concern. "Don't worry. I'm fine," the tigress said.She got back up without too much struggling. Shenlong stills feels a little guilty about running into her and helps her up. "I'm verysorry about that. I was careless." "It's fine. I was careless, too. I should have saw you coming." "At least you're alright, miss." "Oh, where are my manners? I'm Eris." "Eris, huh? Oh, my name's Shenlong, but people usually know me as the Silver Tiger of Death." "Shenlong? Oh, you're the king of the tiger clan that came here recently!" "Yes, I am. But, why do you act so surprised?" "Oh, since you came here, one tigress saw you and said that you looked so gorgeous. And by what I can figure, she wasn't kidding." "Oh, really? Ya think?" "Oh, yes. All the tigress now are talking about you and are dying to meet you." "Is that so? Well, maybe I'll go see them once I find my kids." "Your kids? Well, isn't this a coincidence. I'm looking for my daugther. Can you help me find her?" "Can you help me find my kids?"They both chuckled and they walked together to find the cubs.

Inside the cave, Tigura and Diablo, who woke up, were telling Bengala all that is happening to them and their family recently. Bengala felt sympathetic toward them both. "So, you're separated from your other friends, huh?" "Yeah. What I wouldn't give to see them again." "I'm sure you will." "And if they find us, we can introduce you to them," Diablo said. "Will they like me?" "Sure they will. And if they don't, they shall have to deal with the Silver Tiger of Death!" Tigura said proudly.Bengala giggled with glee. "You're both very fun! I never had friends like you two before. Heck, you're my only friends now." "Only friends? Don't you have other friends?" Diablo asked. "No. I'm the only cub of my entire clan." "Man, you must have been very lonely," Tigura said with caring feeling. "Yeah, but I'm not lonely now, right?" "Ha! Yeah!"Tigura and Bengala started to wrestle playfully in the nest Tigura slept in earlier while Diablo watched. Then, from the outside, Shenlong and Eris peeked in the cave to find them wrestling and they both smiled at them. Tigura and Bengala stopped playing when they saw the two adults watching them. "Dad!" Tigura exclaimed. "Mom!" Bengala exclaimed.Tigura, Diablo, and Bengala went to their parents and nuzzled them lovingly. Shenlong and Eris nuzzled them right back.

At night, at the mountain the tigers were resting in, Lookout Mountain, Shenlong and the male tigers were caring on conversation. They had great laughs and whatnot. "So, you tigers and lions get along pretty well now, huh?" one tiger said. "Yeah. Ahadi's little boy and mine really pulled us together," Shenlong said.

"Do you know what has become of them when you abandoned your old homes?" "Well, as we were running, I concentrated my senses to what the Gold Lions were doing. The pride escaped, but I'm afraid Ahadi has perished." "And he was your friend. Your closest friend, but he's gone now. Did you feel terrible?" another tiger asked. "Yeah, but that Ahadi for you. It's just like him to sacrifice his life for another. But, I wonder how Mufasa and Taka will take it. They lost their mother which was too hard to bare, but they suddenly lost their father. Well..." "That's fate for ya. Ya never know where fate will take you. That's why I hate fate," a third tiger said.Shenlong sighed softly. Then, his ear perked up as he heard someone call him. He looked over to his side and sees a couple oftigresses calling for him. "Shenlong! Come over with us for a while and talk with us!" one tigress said. "Yes. Please! We MUST have you over here!" another said.Shenlong blushed a bit with an embarrassed grin, but he really did like tigresses to be calling for him. The other tigers watchedShenlong's expression on his face and understands his intent. "Oh, Shenlong's on the hunt and it sure ain't an antelope!" one tigersaid with a sly laugh. Shenlong got up and started to walk to the girls. Then, he turned to the other tigers. "Um, may I be excused?" he asked impatiently. "Sure, knock yourself out. Just hope you survive," said the same tiger as the others nodded. "He's in a better situation than us. Most of the girls don't want anything to do with us," another said. "Yeah, right."Shenlong smiled and walked to the girls. They escorted Shenlong to the other tigresses. The tigresses only stared as soon as thelayed eyes on him. Shenlong felt a little sly now. "Evening, ladies. What do ya know, what do ya say?" Shenlong said in his slyest tone...

The next morning, all the tigresses have woken up and they all were talking about last night. "Oh, that was some night," one tigress said. "Yeah, I can still feel him rubbing against me," another tigress said with a purr. "He totally got me aroused. I mean highly! Unlike the other males," said a third tigress. "Too bad he's married. I probably would've proposed on the spot," a fourth tigress said. "Hey, wait. His first mate died, so he can have a second mate, like me," said the third tigress. "Not if I get him first!" the second tigress said.As the tigresses were arguing, Eris looked toward her paws. She looked and thought to herself until one tigress got herattention. "Hey, Eris. What did you think of him?" the second tigress said. "Well, I don't know. He completely took my breath away. And I never been so excited since my mate died." "Hey, did you ever think it was wierd how Shenlong was hooked to you, Eris?" the first tigress said. "Yeah, I wondered that too. Shenlong was with you the longest," a fifth tigress said. "You really think so?" Eris said. "I know so. He was making sweet love to you for like over a minute." "Yeah, it seemed like that. Although, I couldn't tell really," the second tigress said. "Yeah...," all the tigresses purred contently.Eris only looked away and smiles broadly as the tigresses continued to talk. "He has such adorable children, too," she said to herself.

Meanwhile, Tigura and Bengala raced across the clear grassy grounds. They laughed with joy as they ran together. Bengala

seemed the happiest. She has finally found a friend she can play with; a friend she can tell secrets to; a friend who wouldappreciate her existence. No longer she would not think that her life is without meaning. At last, she has finally achievedfriendship. They continued to race each other until Bengala yelped and stopped in her tracks. Tigura stopped and sees that shewas limping to him with her right front paw helded up. "What's wrong?" Tigura asked. "I stepped on something and it hurts!" "Here, let me see."Tigura took her paw gently and sees three thorns in her paw. "Oh, three thorns? Oh, that must have hurt." "Get them out! Please!" "Right!"Tigura used his claws to carefully pull out the thorns. He successfully pulls out two of the thorns. But, the third one was thehardest. "This thorn is in deep. Bengala, I'm going to have to pull really hard for this one." "I understand. Don't worry. Just pull it."Tigura smiled at Bengala's act of bravery and pulled hard to get the thorn out. Bengala was hurt by it, but since it was fast, thepain didn't last long. Bengala's paw starts to bleed a bit. Tigura sees this and looks to Bengala sympathetically. "You're bleeding," he said. "I'll be fine. I can go to the river and wash my paw." "No, it's too far. Your wound might get infected by then. Here, let me."Tigura then licked Bengala's wound soothingly. Bengala couldn't do anything. She enjoyed the cool grooming she was getting.She felt so secure with Tigura. She felt like Tigura would never see her hurt and always protect her. She suddenly felt a wholelot better. Her paw was fine. Tigura smiled at her happily to see that she was happy. Tigura and Bengala stared at each otherwith intense eyes for several moments. Tigura broke the silence and said, "Are you feeling alright now?" "Yes. Thank you for making me feel better." "Yeah, but maybe I shouldn't have done that. We could've made it to the river if we hurried." "No, I...like that. Could you do that everytime I hurt myself?" "I guess. Yeah."Bengala then walked closer to Tigura and kissed him on the side of his muzzle. Tigura's eyes widened the moment he felt hertongue rub against him. Bengala had a newer smile when Tigura looked towards her: a big smile filled with life. "Thank you," Bengala said. Tigura was fixed in Bengala's diamond blue eyes. Tigura smiled and kissed Bengala back. Bengala seemed likeshe expected that kiss, for she wasn't as surprised. But, Tigura didn't pull away quickly. He stood and gave Bengala a forlonged kiss. He was deep under a spell. Tigura just loved that moment and just couldn't pull away. When he finally did pullaway, Tigura stood frozen, frozen in Bengala's eyes. "Could you do that everytime I lick your wounds?" Tigura asked. "Sure, Tigura," Bengala said in a nice giggle.Bengala then tapped the spellbounded Tigura and crouched in a playful position. "Tag! You're it!" Bengala declared. "What for?" Tigura said, still under a deep spell. "'What for?' You're supposed to tag me back, silly!"Tigura finally broke from his trance and got back in the game. "Oh, right! You better run fast!" Tigura declared. Tigura then started to chase Bengala around. They started having fun all over again...

Later that day, Diablo was sleeping soundly in the cave. Then, he woke up with a cub-like yawn. He looks around and walked outside. He went to the watering hole and started to drink. Then, he felt someone push him in the water and he splashed head first. He shook the water off his fur and looked behind him to see Bengala! "Hi!" she said. "What are doing playing in there? We drink in that!" "What are you talking about? You pushed me in!" "No, I didn't. I wouldn't do that," Bengala said innocently. "Oh, yes, you would!"Diablo pounced at Bengala, but she dodged him and Diablo landed on his face. Bengala giggled and ran on top of him. Diablo visably starts to get frustrated and chases after her into the cave. Bengala continued to giggle and Diablo pounces her in the nest. Diablo panted as he lays on top of Bengala and smiles victoriously. "I got you," he said with each pant. "You did," Bengala said in a sweet tone.Bengala then brought Diablo's head closer to her and gave him a kiss on the muzzle. Diablo's eyes widened and he blushed as he jumps away from Bengala. "Why did you do that?" Diablo said softly. "Maybe because I like ya," she answered with another giggle. "You like me? What do you mean?" "Well, you do know that one day a tiger's got to get married, right?" "Yeah." "Well, I decided that when I grow up, I'll be married to you." "Are...are you serious?" Diablo asked in disbelief.Bengala walked to Diablo and nuzzled him. "For once, I'm serious." "But, why me? Why not Tigura?" "Don't get me wrong. Tigura's cute, but I like you. You're cunning and swift. You're also real smart, too. So, I chosen you. Besides, it shows in your face that you like me." "Well, yeah. Uh, I mean...!" Diablo panicked. "See? So it makes perfect sense that we should marry." "Bengala..." "What's wrong? Am I not good enough for you or something? Am I ugly?" "No, no, you're not!" Diablo said, almost immediately. "You're very pretty." "Then, please. I want to be your tigress when we grow up."Diablo was quite taken from this unexpected happening. He stares soundless in Bengala's youthful eyes and smiles. "Okay!" he said. Bengala smiles broadly. "Yea!" she yelled with glee.

Three weeks later, Tigura, Diablo, and Bengala were by the mounds laying down on the grass and staring at the sky. "That was the best game of Tag ever!" Tigura declared. "Sure was! Especially when Diablo was 'IT.' He almost got me," Bengala said. "I would've caught ya. But, because I like you, I went after Tigura instead," Diablo remarked.Bengala giggled at that. Tigura looked towards the two tigers with a concerned expression. "You two...sure are good friends," he said. "We all are, Tigura! But, you seemed disturbed lately after three weeks. Is anything wrong?" "No, nothing. Nothing's wrong at all."Bengala looked towards Tigura with sympathic eyes. Then, Diablo started to tickle her and made her laughed cheerfully. "Yeah," Tigura sighed. Then, Tigura got up and started to walk away, but Bengala stops him. "Where are you going?" she asked. "To see Dad," he answered. "Okay."As Diablo continued to tickle Bengala, Tigura disappeared in the forest. His head was lower than normal and he seems sad in the eyes. "Bengala, why did you chose him? Didn't you think of me at all? Didn't you realize that I might...like you, too?" he said to himself. Tigura, Diablo and Bengala became friends. Rumors has been going around that Shenlong and Eris might be hitting it off. The children, Tigura, Diablo, and Bengala, grew into premature adolescent tigers. Tigura and Diablo looked as handsome as their father. Tigura's sarcastic personality were the tigers' favorite things about him. Diablo was more cunning than ever and grew to fall in love with Bengala. As for her, she grew to be very beautiful and charming and friendly like her mother. Bengala never changed her somewhat bossy personality, but her sympathy and caring will never change. Tigura and Bengala were the best of friends, but will their relationship evolve into something more? Because, the more Tigura is with Bengala, the more he yearns for her espiring beauty. But, as long as Diablo and Bengala were together, Tigura may never have her as his mate...

One day, Tigura and Diablo were set up to have a duel. Since they both were twins, they had to fight in order to decide who will be the New Tiger King in the future. Tigura and Diablo has trained for several days for this day. Both are determined to seek the right as king. But, which one will win? The tigers gather in a big circle to outline the arena where the two tigers will fight. Al the tigers were very excited for this event. Tigura was near the rock, clearly nervous. Then, Bengala walked to him. "Hey, Tigura," she greeted. "Oh, hi, Bengala," Tigura greeted back with excitement. "You looking forward to this?" "Oh, yeah! I do! So, are you...rooting for Diablo?" "Well, I wish not to root for either of you." "Why not?" "Because, I have a feeling that you're going to win. And I don't want to root for you so not to discourage Diablo." "I see. You're very thoughtful." "Thanks. Please, take it easy on him. I've watch you train. I know how hard you will fight." "Of course, I will. He's my brother." "Thank you. You're so sweet like Diablo."She gave Tigura a friendly kiss and walked away. Tigura fell into another trance and watched Bengala's gorgeous figure walk away. His front legs slipped away to opposite directions and sighed with love in his eyes. Then, Diablo came over to him and Tigura immediately snaps out of his trance. "Well, you ready to lose?" Diablo asked jokingly. "Right. Like I really will," Tigura answered sarcastically. "Tigura! Diablo!" someone roared. It was Shenlong. Tigura and Diablo knew what this meant. Then, Tigura ran to the other corner of the arena. Diablo smiled and said, "I will win, then that ought to impress Bengala." Shenlong roars for all the tigers to be silent. They do so and made an opening for Tigura and Diablo. They walk through their opening and sat down face to face. Shenlong walked to the center of them and declared, "Thank you all for coming today for this special event. This is to decide once and for all for which one of my two sons will take my place as the Tiger King. This will be a battle of original tactics. No elemental manipulation is not allowed in this fight. If one of you two shows any evidence of elemental power will be disqualified and the other will earn the title of Tiger King by default. You understand?" Tigura and Shenlong nodded in agreement. "Everyone else, it's your job to make sure they stay in the ring," Shenlong said. The other tigers nodded with pride. Then, Shenlong walked away from the inside of the ring and walked up a rock to watch from there. "Now, BEGIN!!" he roared. Tigura and Diablo went in fighting stance, circled around the side of the ring, then charged at each other. The fight now begins...

Tigura and Diablo threw several swipes at each other, but both have blocked them all. Tigura seemed to throw very strong swipes even when he promised Bengala he wouldn't fight to his true level. Diablo was doing extremely well at his immediate blocks and his swift kicks always catches Tigura off guard. Both of the tigers held their own and was very hard to tell who's getting the upper hand. The tigers roared and cheered and Shenlong smiled broadly at his two sons. Diablo starts to wear down a bit, but Tigura kept going. Then, Tigura throws a forward thrust and tackles Diablo to the ground, but Diablo recovers quickly and lands a forward lunge swipe on Tigura's face. Tigura was stunned, leaving Diablo to lunge at him. Then, Tigura grabbed his arms and they spun in a circle until Tigura gets Diablo pinned. Tigura got Diablo's arms and legs pinned so he couldn't use them. Diablo struggles hard to get free, but Tigura's weight is a facter he couldn't ovecome. "Gotcha! Give up!" Tigura gloated.

"No," Diablo whispered. "You must. There's no way you can get free. Please, I don't want to hurt you to convince you." "You're too gentle, Tigura. That will be your downfall." "That may be, but your pride is your downfall. It's blinding you." "No, I'll never give up!" "Please. I love you. I rather hurt Mufasa than you. Last warning." "And this is MY last warning! I...WILL...NOT...GIVE...UP!!!"Then, Diablo's right paw began to gather energy. Shenlong's eyes widened with disbelief. Tigura jumps of Diablo immediately. Then, Diablo shoots an energy blast at Tigura. Tigura jumps out the way, but the beam strikes his left shoulder and Tigura barely lands on his side. Then, Diablo lunged at him again. Tigura's anger level rose and Tigura strikes Diablo hard with his right paw. Diablo spun in the air and fell to the ground unconscious. Tigura pants as his heart beats hard. "Diablo...," he murmured.

Shenlong walked up to the wounded Tigura and the fallen Diablo and shooked his head at Diablo. "I thought you were higher than that," he said to himself. Then, he placed his paw on Tigura and declared, "Because Diablo has used elemental power on Tigura without thinking of the rules, Tigura wins by default. Tigura will be our New Tiger King!" Everyone roared with astonishment. Tigura smiled happily, but the smile faded as he checked on Diablo who has gotten up rubbing his wound on his face. "Are you okay?" Tigura asked. "Yeah, I'm fine," he answered. "I'm sure he is. But, Diablo, I must have a word with you. Tigura, you can come back to your cave and clean up your wound," Shenlong said. "Um, okay."Tigura then started at to walk back to his cave. He was limping a bit, but he still okay. Diablo looked to his father to see a stern look. "What have you been thinking? You could have kill your brother," he said calmly, but sternly. "I didn't mean it. I...I was desperate." "Nonetheless, you will be punished for this. See me tonight. I'll figure something out then."Shenlong started away, but Diablo yells after him. "Please, give me another chance! I won't do it again!" "It's too late. Your duel is over and Tigura shall be the king," Shenlong said as he continues walking.Diablo sighed sadly. "You could have killed someone else, too," someone said. Diablo looked behind himself to see Bengala who also had a stern look in her face. "Oh, hi, Bengala," he said uneasily. "Don't try to hide yourself. I saw the whole fight. "Look at my arm."Diablo noticed her left arm and his eyes widened at what he saw. There was a bad wound on her arm and blood still ran down her arm. "Did I do that?" Diablo asked scaredly. "Yes, and I was lucky I saw it coming. It would pierced my heart."Diablo gasped with fear. This tense moment affected Diablo greatly. He now realizes that he would have killed his own brother, and also his loved one. "I'm...I'm sorry, Bengala. I didn't know..," Diablo started to say. But, Bengala interrupted. "No. I'm very disappointed in you. I'm not sure I should forgive you. Now, I'm going to see Tigura." Bengala walked away. "Wait!" Diablo yelled. But, Bengala didn't stop. Diablo felt heartbroken and destroyed. He looked down to the ground and sniffled as he cried. He walks back to the tigers' home with sadness in his heart.

Back at the cave,Tigura managed to clean up his would by himself and patched it up with some leaves. "Rafiki's teachings of healing wounds sure come in handy," he thought in his head. Then, Bengala appeared and called for

Tigura. "Tigura, could I talk to you?" she asked. Tigura smiled happily and walked to her. "Sure. We can talk about anything," he said. "I talked to Diablo about your duel."Tigura bit his lip at that sentence and made a discouraged look on his face. "I did hold back like you told me, even after I knocked him out for shooting me. I didn't mean to hit him that bad, but I was so mad. But, if you're mad about what I did, I understand if you want to give me a cuffing." "No, it's nothing like that. I just wanted to say that I'm sorry that Diablo did this to you. I never thought he would do that. Please, forgive him." "Sure, I do. He's my brother. But, why are you apoligizing for him?" "Someone had to do it. I know Diablo won't, because he's too proud." "Really?"Bengala then gave Tigura a big hug. "Yes, really. So, please forgive him for me." "I will. Don't worry." "Okay. I'll go to sleep in the cave if you don't mind."Tigura watched her disappear in the cave. He chuckled and murmured, "I don't ever mind." Tigura then followed her in the cave.

At night, Tigura and Bengala slept in their cave quietly. Then, Tigura woke up and yawned loudly. "Man, Diablo sure is gone for a while," he thought. "I hope Dad doesn't punish him too bad. He's had a rough day." He looks toward the sleeping Bengala and remember her statement on why she was apoligizing for Diablo. "Why are you apoligizing for him?" "Someone had to do it."Tigura smiled lovingly at her and thought, "You're so thoughtful for your loved one. Oh, how I wish you could be my mate."Then, Tigura walked over Bengala and bent his head towards hers. He then, without a second thought, caressed her muzzle. Then, Tigura was in a trance state again and started to lick Bengala's neck soothingly. Bengala then started to purr softly. Then, Tigura licked Bengala's body full length and made her purr even louder. He continued to lick her as to massage her soft fur. Then Bengala murmured dreamily, "Please...please, keep going. Don't stop. Yes. Yes! Keep going." Tigura indeed kept going and continued to lick her. He didn't stop when he soon realized what he was doing. He yelped quietly and pulled away from Bengala, who was now calmly sleeping again. "What in the hell was I thinking? I was seducing my brother's girl," he murmured. Tigura gulped and walked outside. Bengala then opened her eyes and looked to see Tigura walking out. Bengala thinks for a moment. "Was that Tigura who was massaging me or was it a dream? It seemed like that. I kinda liked Tigura doing that." Then, she fell back asleep.

Tigura walked out the cave and looks to his right to see rustling bushes. Then, Diablo came out. "Diablo!" Tigura said quietly.Tigura walked to Diablo. "Are you okay? What did Dad do to you?" "He gave the worst of all cuffings and I must hunt for all the tigers for two days without any help." "That's harsh. But, you did shoot me." "Yeah," Diablo said as he turns his head away from Tigura. "Oh, that reminds me.Bengala spoke to me." "That's right. She told me she would. What did she say?" he asked with obvious concern. "She apoligized for you to me about your selfishness." "For me?" "Yeah. She still loves you, so don't worry."Diablo let out a sigh of relief and smiled. "She's wonderful, isn't she?" "Yeah, wonderful," he agreed dazed.Diablo looks into Tigura's blue eyes which were filled with love. Then, Diablo soon realizes Tigura's thoughts about Bengala and himself. "Tigura,...are you jealous?" he asked with amazement. "Uh, no, of...of course not!" Tigura said immediately. "You are! Heh! You're jealous of me because of Bengala?" he said as he chuckles quietly. "Well...," Tigura said as he blushed.

"Well, the powerful Silver Tiger of Death who cares for no one has fallen in love," Diablo said, imitating Tigura's sarcastic nature. "Uh, let's go to sleep," Tigura said, trying to change the subject. "Okay."Tigura and Diablo then walked back in the cave. ************************ Tigura pranced around happily. He was excited that in one week, his mantlement ceremony that he longed for will begin. Shenlong told him in the meantime that he must find a tigress to be by his side as his future Tiger Queen. Tigura has almostall the tigresses wild for him as well as his father. But, Tigura wanted someone in particular. Someone who he feels comfortablewith. Someone he longed for a long time...

Three days have passed. At the watering hole, Eris and Bengala were drinking together. Bengala seemed a bit sad. She turned away from the water. Eris senses that something was bothering her. Of course, it's a mother's natural instinct. "Child, what's troubling you?" she asked. "I don't want to talk about it. It's too silly." "Come now, you can tell me. I'm your mother. Talk to me, child." "Well, let me start off by asking this?" "Yes?" "How does it feel to be near Shenlong-san?" "Shenlong? How does it feel to be near him?" "Yes. You've been making love to him for quite a while, even though everyone thinks they're just rumors. But, my point is how does he feel to you?" "Well, he's an exciting tiger. His slyness is not to be mentioned. He rubs me so good that I just can't stop purring. His gorgeous body against mine makes me shudder. Overall, he's a excellent lover. But, he was nothing like your father," Eris explained with a purr. "I see." "Why do you ask? Is someone on your mind?" "To tell you the truth, yes. It's Tigura." "I see..." "He was a great friend, but somehow it's not enough. I want him so badly. I want to be his, Mother!" "So, you love him? Your instincts have lead you to the perfect choice, child." Meanwhile, Shenlong trains Tigura in fighting. Shenlong was attacking with an array of swipes and swings while Tigurablocks them. Then, Tigura counterattacked and caught Shenlong's arms and thrusted into Shenlong. Then, Tigura shoots anenergy blast at Shenlong's chest and blew him away. But, Shenlong recovered from the attack quickly and appeared quicklyin front of Tigura and pawed him to the ground. Tigura easily got up from that, but he felt discouraged. Shenlong walked to himand said, "What's wrong, son? You're not concentrating." "Damn, Father. I just can't focus. I have too much on my mind." "Anything in particular?" "Well, it's...about...pledging love to a tigress."Shenlong made a silent 'ohh' from his mouth. "Of course. So, what's troubling you about that? You should be happy." "I know. I can't wait really! But...." "But, what?" "I don't know if I should ask her." "Her? So, you did find one you want to pledge love to. Who is she, I ask?" "I didn't really went to find one. I've chosen this girl long ago three years ago. I wanted her since then. Like Mufasa wanted Ayame long ago." "Oh, Bengala...," Shenlong guessed with a smile. "Exactly. She's so soft and gentle. She had me under a spell ever since she kissed me. She was the first person I think of in the morning. I want her by my side. I must have her as my lover. But, I don't want to hurt Diablo." Today was it. Today is the day of Tigura's mantlement ceremony. All the tigers were excited about it, especially Shenlongand Eris. They noticed that Tigura, Diablo, and Bengala wasn't present yet. They both know that it's time for their children to make the final decision and the final step to adulthood.

Diablo pranced back and forth while Tigura was taking a bath. "What's wrong with you?" Tigura asked. "It's not like you to be so uptight." "Shut up. I'm just thinking." "Watch your attitude, brother. We don't want to cause anything rash on such a day." "I'm not surprised you say that. This is your day you become the Official Crown Tiger Prince. As for me, I get nothing." "Why do you say that? You still have Bengala and you two will soon have a wonderful cub together." "You're right, but she's pushing away from me these recent days." "Well, if you feel something's wrong between you two, ask her." "Maybe I should." Then, Diablo ran off to find Bengala. Tigura sighed deeply. "Should I at least tell her how I feel about her?" he thought.

Two miles away from them, Bengala was thinking hard. She started to sob a bit. "What do I do? I'm in love with them both. Which one should I pick? Which one shall I spend the rest of my life with?" she asked herself. Then, Diablo appeared and went to Bengala. "What's wrong?" he asked. "Nothing. Nothing's wrong." "Then, what's going on between us? You're not as happy with me like before." "You didn't seem happy with me either, Diablo. Every time we're together, you were always in such a mood." "Oh, a lot is on my mind." "Well, isn't that a good enough reason for me to not be happy with you for a while?" "Well, okay. Well, it's Tigura's day at last, huh?" "Yeah, I'm so happy for him." "Yeah, but not as happy when you're with me when we make the last step from cubhood," he said slyly.Diablo wrapped his paws around Bengala from the back and rubbed her chest. "We can be together forever and you could be my queen." Bengala raises an eyebrow at what Diablo said. "Wait. What do you mean? I can't be queen. You won't even be king. What are you trying to say?" "Can't you guess? When Tigura dies on his mantlement ceremony, I'll be Crown Prince and soon become king." "Who says that Tigura will...?" Bengala's eyes widened as she understood Diablo's intent. "No. You wouldn't dare." "Yes, I would. I am the rightful heir of the Silver-Striped Tigers, so I must kill Tigura."Bengala gasped at that in amazement and disbelief. Diablo caressed her head, but Bengala pulled away from his grip and stood towards him face to face. "Diablo, you wouldn't kill your own brother." "Yes, I would, my love. Tigura doesn't have what it takes. He isn't worthy like I am." "You're wrong. He's very strong and becoming wiser everyday. He's sweet and gentle to those he loves and has a wonderful sense of humor. He's a great tiger, probably the greatest tiger I've ever known." "No, I'm the greatest tiger you've ever known. And as far as I know, I could be stronger than Tigura." "What?" "I have a secret. During our duel, I also held back my potential against Tigura, but Tigura knocked me out before I could use it." "So, you're saying that you should be Crown Prince because you claim to be stronger than Tigura? You're crazy! I know Tigura's stronger than you no matter what! But, you're missing the point. Tigura's not going to be Crown Prince because he's stronger. He has a good heart. He'll be able to make the right decisions and looks out for the welfare of his future kingdom." "Ha! We'll see. Diablo then start to walk closer to Bengala. She looks toward him, very scared. "No. Stay back. Stay back," she said. Diablo chuckled evilly which sent chills through Bengala's spine. Bengala then ran away from Diablo and fast. Diablo stopped and sat down, continuing to chuckle.

Tigura sat near his cave and look over the river where Bengala and he always drink. He makes a disgusted expression andsplashed the water. Tigura's heart was pulsing hard and faster than it has ever been. Tigura didn't know what to do. "Mufasa,please hear me. How do you ask someone to be your loved one? You asked Ayame with no problem. Why can't I do it?" Tigura said to himself. Tigura then took a deep breath. "What am I going on about? I can't let this blind me! I love Bengala. Ican't be scared and shy! This is my only chance!" Tigura then stood bravely. He begins to walk off to find Bengala. He lookedback to the river. As he looked forward, he was face to face with Bengala!

"Bengala!!" "Tigura!!" They were both surprised to see each other, especially the extreme stress they're going through. Tigura and Bengala can'tspeak to each other, each side waiting for the first move. Then, Tigura gathered his courage to speak first. "Hi, Bengala. Niceday, huh?" Tigura said uneasily. "Y..y..y..yes, it is," Bengala agreed with a nervous chuckle. "And today I become a tiger at last, huh?" "I'm very glad for you," she said before she sobs.Tigura walks closer to her. "What's wrong?" "Diablo did something terrible. I can't tell you." "What? What did he do to you?" "It's more like what he's going to do to you. I didn't want to tell you, but I have no choice. Diablo wants to kill you so he'll be Crown Prince." "WHAT?!!" Tigura roared with surprise.Bengala sobbed even more and hugged Tigura, who suddenly looked very serious. "He wants to kill me?" "Yes. And it's all my fault. I feel like I done this to you both. I ruined your brotherhood with him," she sobbed. "He also wants me as his mate. I used to think how fun it would be. But, after what I heard from him, I don't want him that way anymore! He's not the Diablo I loved anymore! But, I can't tell him. We promised we would marry." "You poor girl. I'm sorry."Bengala continued to sob on Tigura's shoulder. Tigura frowned at the thought of Diablo. "Diablo, you traitor! How could you! You've broken my heart, but you've destroyed Bengala's," he thought. Tigura looked towards Bengala and breathed deeply. He felt like that it's time to reveal his true feelings for Bengala. "Bengala, there's something I want to tell you. It might be hard on you now, but this was to be my one last thing to ensure my night as a tiger." "What might...that be?"Tigura then pressed his chest against hers, and slowly licked her neck lovingly. Bengala was frozen as she felt Tigura's warm, strong body. Still, she can't give in just yet. Tigura stopped his caress and layed down on his chest, placing his paw on hers. Tigura looked straight in Bengala's eyes, unable to look away. He couldn't. Tigura is in love...

Tigura continued staring within Bengala's diamond blue eyes with eternal passion. It took him a while to finally said the phrase

Bengala longed for her future mate to say, "I love you." Bengala's heart raced with excitement as she heard those words, the words that seem so far away from her. Tigura continued his proposal without a second thought. "Bengala, I longed for this day I would say these words to you. Please stand by me as my queen, my mate, my lover. I bless your beauty, your pure heart, your humor, everything what makes you you. I want to be around you always. I want to wake up by you every morning. I want to touch you, love you, and show you just how much I enjoy you. I must have you. I want you even! Please. Dear gods, if you don't want to be Diablo's anymore, please be my tigress."Tigura was finished. He did the hardest thing he has ever done in his life. Bengala couldn't speak a work. Her eyes were lockedwith Tigura filled with life. She felt him touch her all over already. This was what Bengala longed for. She now knows that Tigura is truly deeply in love with her.

Tigura felt relieved when he finally confessed his love. He felt so relaxed now. Tigura kissed her paw his paw was on. He smiled broadly. Bengala couldn't help but smile too. "I'll give you time to think about it. My ceremony starts at noon," Tigurasaid. Bengala nodded with agreement. Then, Tigura left Bengala and ran towards Lookout Mountain with a big smile of life.He never felt so happy. As Bengala watched Tigura run, her eyes were filled with tears, but she wasn't crying. It was tears ofjoy. She never felt this happy before either. "Tigura, my lover...," Bengala purred. In the bushes, Diablo watched the entire thing. His eyes were filled with sadness and anger. "Damn you, Tigura!" he thought angrilly.

It was almost noon. All the tigers talked quietly. Shenlong and Eris watched the lands for any trace of their children. Then, they see someone running towards the mountain coming fast. "Is that Tigura?" Eris asked. "Yes. I think so. But, he running so fast." "Do you think...," Eris hints with a smile. "I think so," Shenlong answered, smiling back.In a few seconds, Tigura made it to Lookout Mountain, out of breath. All the tigers and tigresses looked towards him. Tiguralooked up to them with a smile of triumphant. Everyone knew what that means and everyone gets ready for the ceremony. Tigura walked to his father and whispered something in his ear. Shenlong formed an disbelieving look on his face. "Is that right?" he asked. Tigura nods. Shenlong sighed with depression. "That foolish boy. Don't worry about it, Tigura. I'll take care of it." "Alright."Tigura then walked over to the other tigers and talked together. In a few moments, Bengala appeared by Tigura's side. "Hey, there," Tigura greeted. "Hey, my prince."Tigura suddenly smells a amazingly pretty smell. He smelled until he sees it's coming from Bengala. "You...smell lovely." "It's a special occasion. I have to."Tigura smiles proudly to his father who smiled to him back. Shenlong signalled him to go forward. Tigura then began to walktowards his destiny. But, he stops to see Bengala nuzzled close to her mother and her eyes focused on Tigura. Tigura gave a

sly wink to her and continued to walk. Bengala purred softly as Eris continued to nuzzle her proudly. Tigura slowly walked the peak of the mountain. As he walked, several memories went through his mind: the day he and Diablo were presented, the day he first met Mufasa and Taka, the day he and Mufasa exchanged roses of friendship, the day he was with all of his friends of the past.

"Mufasa, we won't have the same mantlement together, but I promise that we'll both be kings together."

Tigura found himself atop of the peak and stood proudly, calmly, and proudly. It was then Tigura's birth symbol appeared uponhis forehead, emitting his powerful light within his soul. All the tigers were silent at this moment. Shenlong walked up near his son and his Luminescence symbol appeared on his forehead. "Let all within the sound of my voice know that my son is comingfast a path of his forefathers. Look, he bears the sign." Shenlong thought to himself, "Since Rena's not here, I'm must say herline." Shenlong then continued, "Look down, o gods and bless my child for he is a tiger. And bless my dear mate Rena and myother children who were taken from me: Siri and the young Hilali, wherever they are now up there. Hear my prayer andhave mercy over them all." Shenlong's piercing light of his symbol disperses as he sign disappears. But, Tigura's light kept glowing. All the tigers roared with pride as Shenlong descends off the peak. He looks toward the proud Bengala and signalsher to go to him.

Tigura looks down towards the roaring tigers and smiles proudly. "Mufasa, you hear me? I'm a tiger now." Bengala walkedup to Tigura and nuzzled closely to him. "Oh, Bengala, my angel. From this day, I swear to you my protection, my life, and mycomfort, forevermore." "I shall love you beyond the day I breath my last breath, the day sigh my last sigh, and beyond the beyond, so help me, god." "Bless you, my angel. Bless you."Tigura and Bengala nuzzled together loving, the one thing they both longed for. Bengala then whispered in his ear. "Let's go backto our favorite river," Bengala whispered seductively. "Now? Are you sure about this?" "I've waited far too long. I can't wait any longer. I'm must feel your body against mine. I need your love." "Well, why not?" Tigura said in a sarcastically sly tone of voice.Tigura and Bengala walked from the peak side by side. Bengala's tail wrapped around Tigura's tail tightly. The proud couple walked together watching smiling at the other tigers who were cheering for them. They looked toward their parents who wereembraced. "Good luck, son! Hope you survive!" Shenlong shouted heartily. Tigura nods and smiles at Bengala again. They soonheaded out to Tigura's cave where they will express something they wanted to show for so long...

At the river, Tigura and Bengala drank together before they both make the step of fate. "Are you proud to be my mate?" asked Tigura.

"Of course. I've waited for this moment for so long." "You think you can handle me, baby?" "There's nothing I can't handle. The question is 'can you survive long enough?'." "Well, we see, now will we?" Tigura said with a sly chuckle.They walked in the cave together. Bengala hops on the nest back first and awaited her lover to make the move. "Listen, Tigura.If I ever leave your side for any reason or die before you, what would you do?" Bengala asked. "Well, maybe I would be brokenhearted for a few days, then I would probably find someone else. But, I would never, ever forget you." "I'm touched, Tigura. How long did you love me?"As Tigura walked up above Bengala, he answered, "Ever since you kissed me. You had me under your spell that I couldn'twait for my mantlement for this moment." Bengala grab the back of Tigura's head and slowly pulls him closer. "I love you, Tigura," Bengala said softly. "I...love...you...too..., Bengala..."All was silence. The tigers were locked in a powerful loving kiss. The two tigers in love then began to experience their greatestdream...

Five days has passed since Tigura's mantlement ceremony. During those five days, Tigura and Bengala were at their honeymoon. When they came back, Tigura was very happy. It seemed like Tigura went through the motions a little too much,because Bengala has become pregnant and at a early age. It is still three years before they become true adults. Shenlong and Eris were surprised, but were very glad for them. But, Diablo wasn't as happy as everyone else. After Tigura told Shenlong of his rash behavior, Shenlong banished him from the tiger clan. He can't even sleep in the cave with Tigura and Bengala anymore. Diablo isn't giving up though. He swears that he will kill Tigura someday...

At Lookout Mountain, all the tigers were on top of Tigura, asking questions on how his honeymoon went. Tigura felt a little embarrassed that they are asking pretty private questions, but it made him think back on what he did to Bengala those last five days. Meanwhile, all the tigresses congratulated Bengala and asked her if Tigura was good like his father. They also asked if the cub will be male or female. Bengala was very glad indeed. Diablo could care less about what sex the cub will be. He's too occupied with himself and Bengala. He was determined to have Bengala and her cub taken away from Tigura.

Later on that day, Tigura looked across the grasslands from a mound and sighed contently. Then, Shenlong appeared and walked up to him. "I thought I may find you here," he said. "What's up, Dad?" "Nothing much. You still thinking about Mufasa?" "Yeah. I know he's out there. I can feel his energy. It's more powerful than ever. Do you ever miss Ahadi?" "Sure, I do. I admit it's not really the same without those lions." "Yeah..." "Anyway, Tigura, tell me. How many cubs are you expecting to have?" "Huh? How many? Uh...um...uh..." "Well?" "I say at least one or if I'm lucky, I'm going to have twins!" "Twins sounds like an good choice. Just be good. The gods might bless you and Bengala with twins." "Okay. Umm, Dad, do you hate Diablo now?" "Of course not. I still love him. But, he isn't able to accept your new life with Bengala. But, you must remember one thing. If he tries to kill you one day, you would have no choice..., but to kill him."

"No. I would never do that." "I'm sorry, but if he does, he must perish." "Umm hmm," Tigura nodded uneasily.Shenlong walked away and left Tigura alone to the mound. In a few moments, all was silence. Silence until Tigura heard something in the trees. Tigura started to sense something and hopped in a fighting stance. Then, a baboon with a shaman-like stick and black fur came out the trees. Tigura quickly recognizes the baboon. "At last, I found you," the baboon said. "Makedde-san!"It was indeed the Great Shaman Makedde of the Gold Lions. Tigura was very happy to finally find a familiar old face. They hugged tightly. Tigura was ecstatic. "How did you find me?" Tigura asked. "I sensed your clan out. Then, well, here I am!" "He somehow got separated from the rest of the Garudians and doesn't remember how. But, he's fine with us now. He's grown too." "Well, it's great that my friends are okay. Come and see Shenlong. I'm sure he'll be happy to see you." "Well, sure, but I must hurry back later. I must do something at once." "Right. This won't be too long."

At Lookout Mountain, Shenlong was speechless to see Makedde again. They hugged happily. "Makedde, how'd ya get here?" Shenlong asked. "I tracked you down. I knew you tigers were alright. So, your son got his mantlement, eh? Who's the lucky tigress?" "That would be Bengala over there with my, uh, friend, Eris, her mother."Shenlong pointed to Bengala and Eris and Makedde examined her and noticed that Bengala was expected. "Oh, Tigura! At your age?" Makedde said in surprise. "It's fine for him to have cubs at his age," Shenlong said. "Okay. Heh. Well, it's great that you've survived. But, I must be going now. Rafiki's day has come." "Oh, right. You must hurry." "Makedde, be sure to tell Mufasa where I am. I'm waiting for him," Tigura said. "I will. Take care of your mate and cubs."Tigura smiled and nodded to him. Makedde smiled and ran as fast as he could. Shenlong walked up to Tigura and asked him,"Did you ask what Mufasa was up too?" "Yes. Quite startling actually. See, Mufasa and Taka have new girlfriends now. Zazu's separated from his clan. All the Black Lions including the queen has died. Only Ayame and Ushandra have survived." "Oh, I see." "But, here's one thing that has me worried." "What?" "It seems that the demon that attacked the Gold Lions, Greater Demon Syphon, is reborn!" "WHAT?!!"Shenlong was panicked that Tigura said that. He couldn't believe it. He didn't see the fight against Ahadi and Syphon, but he was sure that both of them died. Then, a bad thought appeared in his mind. "If Syphon is reborn, then that means..." Shenlong started to be filled with anger. Tigura was startled to see his father this way. "Are you okay?"

Tigura asked. Shenlong calmed down a bit and looked towards Tigura. He didn't want to worry Tigura so he said, "Yes, I'm fine." Tigura didn't believe that and gotten really worried.

The next day, at Tigura's cave, he and Bengala were talking to each other rather seriously. "I'm not sure what was going onwith Father, but something tells me that something's amiss here," Tigura said. "You might be right. But, don't worry too much about." "I'm just not sure about this. Father's been acting wierd the rest of yesterday." "Well, maybe it has something to do with the demon you spoke of." "Demon? Of course!" "What's wrong?" "We was under attack by Greater Demon Gaia, but he was destroyed as soon as we made it on Holy Lands. Greater Demon Syphon was killed, but was reborn. So, the only logical explaination is that...!"Bengala started to add things up and quickly thought of an answer. "...Greater Demon Gaia must be alive as well!" "Exactly, as well as the other two demons." "So, what would Shenlong-san do in a situation like that?" "Oh no. I'll be right back, dear!"Tigura gave Bengala a quick kiss and quickly ran out his cave. As soon as he left, Bengala quickly thought of something. "I know! I know what Shenlong-san would do!"

Back at Lookout Mountain, all the tigers were bidding farewell to Shenlong and the tigresses were in tears for some reason. "We will miss you, King Shenlong," one tiger said. Shenlong nodded and slowly floats in the air. Just then, Tigura quickly flew to him with a saddening frown. "No, Father, don't go! I know what you plan to do! You plan to make sure Gaia is dead and to make sure of that..." "Yes, son. I won't be coming back to you after I set out." "No, please. You can't leave me! You can't leave Eris-san!" "I didn't say I would leave Eris. She's coming with me." "What?!"Eris floated in the air and beside Shenlong. "I'm ready," she said. "Eris-san! You too?! You can't leave! What will Bengala say?!' "I'm sure she'll understand. We must be going now. The sooner, the better." "But..."Shenlong towards Tigura sternly. Tigura wasn't sure what to do about this situation. Tigura felt defeated and floated out of Shenlong and Eris's way. "So be it," Tigura said. Shenlong flew to him and nuzzled him one last time. Shenlong felt Tigura's tears on his muzzle. Tigura was indeed sad, but he understands that this is his father's final hour. "Goodbye, son," Shenlong finally said. Tigura thought he would ever hear those words from his father, but still he understands his intentions. "Goodbye, Dad," Tigura said. At that, Shenlong and Eris flew off back to the old icelands. Tigura then slowly floated to the ground and walked back to the cave, not even noticing the other tigers.

Tigura continued his walk back to the cave, still brokenheartedly. Then, he sensed something to the east of him. He looked to see a massive explosion far away. Then, a huge beam of light shone through the air and into the skies. After several moments, the beam slowly disperses. Tigura knew what that meant. His father is gone. The king has died. Tigura sobbed softly at his loss. it wasn't for his feelings. He wondered how would Bengala would take this after he tells her the truth about Eris. Then, the saddened prince quickly ran to the cave with crystal-like tears flying from his eyes filled with sorrow.

Further off, Diablo sees the pillar of light. He knows what that meant. Tears ran down his face, but he was crying. "Father," he said. "Goodbye, Father. Soon, Tigura will be next to die." He sat up and roared loudly.

Tigura makes it back to the cave, but wasn't sure if he should tell Bengala. It would just break her heart, he thought. But, he knew he couldn't keep it a secret. She would eventually find out soon and she won't forgive Tigura for not

telling her sooner. So, Tigura walked in and saw Bengala facing the wall of the cave. "Has he gone, Tigura?" she asked. "Yes, he has. He's gone." "My mother as well?" "You knew?" "We're telepathic, Tigura. She told me everything." "I'm very sorry. I tried to stop her and Father." "Don't be."Tigura looked at her in confusion. Bengala turned around to Tigura. Tigura sees that Bengala was in tears as well, but she didn't seem very sad. "I'm fine. I understand her intentions." "Are you sure, dear?" "I'm sure. Eris loves Shenlong and it was pretty obvious she would go." "Well, you might feel calm about this, but I'm not! He's gone, Bengala! My father's dead!"Tigura sobbed even more and layed on the ground crying. Bengala then walked over to Tigura and placed her paw on his head and petted him. "Don't worry, my love. It's all right." "No, it isn't! I've lost everything I loved in the past now: my father, my friends. My brother's been banished! I don't know. Maybe my life has no meaning!" "Don't say that, Tigura! Your place in life does have meaning."Tigura looked towards Bengala with tearful eyes. Bengala layed down beside him and nuzzled up to him closely. "Tigura, if you say that your life has no meaning, everything you ever did has no meaning. You made wonderful friends. You grew up and became a tiger. You fell in love with me and we'll have cubs very soon. Are you saying all those things are meaningless? Are you regretting all that?" "No, my beloved. I never regretted anything I did in my whole life." "Then, keep going, Tigura. Keep going in your life, forget about your problems in the past, and work towards the future. Our future."Tigura looked closely towards Bengala. Her words of intellegence has grasped his heart and slowly heals it. "You'll see yourfriends again. Your father will always be with you. You two will never be apart. He's lives in you now. Can't you feel it in your heart?" Tigura felt his heart and he does feel someone familiar within him which made him smile. "And as I said before, work towards the future. We'll finally have our cub and one day, you shall be the new Tiger King." Tigura nuzzled Bengala happily. He was feeling alot better. "You're absolutely right, Bengala. I agree completely." "Of course, I am," Bengala said with a laugh.Tigura soon met his lips with Bengala's and they kissed lovingly. Tigura felt a whole lot better with Bengala's wisdom. He has indeed picked the right female.

The next day, Tigura yawned while outside his cave. Bengala walks out and nuzzled him lovingly. "Good morning, Honey Tree," Tigura greeted. "Morning, my love. I had a rough time sleeping last night. The cub kicked me." "Really? Well, I'll be going hunting. You rest now." "Okay."The two tigers rubbed heads and Tigura ran off. Bengala walked back in the cave and layed down in the nest. Then, a silhouette of a tiger resembling Tigura walked in. Bengala sees him and says, "Tigura, what are you doing back here?" "Huh! Tigura, indeed!" The silhouette reveals to be Diablo. Bengala frowned and looked away. "Oh, hi, Diablo." "Hey, missed me?" "Maybe, maybe NOT!" "Such a kidder as always. That's what I love about you."Diablo walked closer to her, but Bengala still looked away from him. "You know you shouldn't be here harassing me like this." "No, I think I should. You still like me, don't you?" "Yes, but you should be here. The last time you was here tempted me to tell Tigura."

"What he doesn't know won't hurt him. Now, how many times did I say 'I love you?'" "Several times, but I don't believe you. If you only kept out of trouble, I would believe it. I'm pregnant now, and it was Tigura who did this to me. I'm very happy with him now." "But, if you mated me, you could be even happier. And it's not too late. That could be our cub, Bengala. Just force Tigura out of your life and come back to me."Diablo then nuzzled Bengala who was unfazed by it. "It's strange. Everytime we nuzzled before, I felt comfort and true love from you. But, now, I feel nothing of the sort. I only feel the soul of your hatred and cruelty emitting." Diablo growled at that remark, but held it back. Diablo continued to nuzzle her and starts to kiss her breast. "I'm sure you don't mean that," he said softly. Then, Diablo licked her from her neck up and kissed her on the lips. Bengala gently pushes Diablo from her. "I'm warning you. Don't try to seduce me," she said calmly, but in a stern tone. Diablo then tried to kiss her again. Then, Bengala growled fiercely and slapped him hard in the face and sent him flying. She hit him so hard, he flew right out the cave. Bengala walked to the stunned Diablo and pins him hard. She growls at Diablo to make her point clear. "Diablo, I'm pregnant with Tigura's child! Can't you understand that I don't love you that way anymore?! How can I make you understand?!" "But, you promised!" Diablo growled back. "How could you break it?! If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be like this!" "I had no choice. You wasn't gentle anymore. You wanted to kill Tigura. I thought you were such a wonderful creature. But, after what you've done and how much you've changed, you've proved me wrong. I'm Tigura's mate now. Our loving relationship is over. I just want to be friends with you, but that doesn't seem to be working out, either. I'll put this in a few words. Damn you. Just damn you to HELL!"Diablo's eyes widened at those words. Diablo's heart was destroyed. Bengala realized what see just said. "Oh, Diablo, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say that." "No, you did mean it. I didn't want to do this, but you left me no choice. I will take you away from Tigura. Both you and your damned cub will DIE!"Diablo grabbed Bengala's muzzle in a flash. Bengala couldn't get free and in a few moments, she passed out. Diablo let her go and she fell over to her side. Diablo smiled venomously. "Tigura will now see my wrath. I will put an end to this pitiful romance!"

Near a rocky mountain ledge near the sea, Tigura sat and looked to the sky, unaware of his incoming dilemma. "Father, are you watching me? I hope you're happy for me. I'll make you proud and show you how much I grew in ability. I still don't think I should kill Diablo if he tries to kill me. I love him too much, though I pity him about his loss," he thought. Then, after a wave splashed across the rocks, Tigura senses a darkness closing in. His heart starts beating fast as it comes closer. Then, he looks behind himself to see Diablo. "Diablo, it's you," Tigura said,relieved. "Hey, brother. It's been a while." "Sure has. What are you doing here?" "I'm just here to settle our score once and for all." "Our score? What do you mean?" "Naive, as always. I'm serious about what I said. I'm going to kill you." "Kill me? Diablo, don't think like this. You've gotten in trouble enough already." "And you're to blame! That's why we're going to fight in a final battle!" "What makes you think I'm going to fight you?" "I knew you was going to say something like that. So, that's why I brought a special guest." "Special guest?"Diablo then pulls a oversized diamond out of the bushes. Inside the diamond was Bengala, frozen solid. "BENGALA!!" Tigura roared. Diablo chuckled evilly. "If you don't fight me, your precious Bengala and your unborn cub will die when I shatter this diamond." "How could you? You loved her." "She hates me. She cursed me earlier this morning. So..." "You son of a...! You're a devil! A damned devil!" "Insult me all you can, but Bengala will die if you don't fight me."Diablo touched the diamond with his claw and it cracked a bit. Tigura felt Bengala's pain from within and sighed deeply. "Alright, I'll fight you," Tigura agreed. Diablo smiled and walked towards Tigura. "And this is a life or death

fight. The loser dies. And no elemental manipulation. This time, I won't cheat," Diablo added. Tigura nodded. He looks toward Bengala's crystallized body with passion and determination. "I'll save you, Bengala. I promise," he thought.

Tigura charges headlong at Diablo with full force. Diablo smiles and charges too. Thet met in a brilliant force of light as their paws collide. They threw swipes and kicks with amazing speed and strength. In this fight, neither one of the tigers held back. They were giving it all they got. Diablo is using all his strength to satisfy his pride and settle how's the strongest of the two. But, Tigura's releasing his full potential for the love of Bengala and his determination to save her. Diablo starts to get the upper paw and is landing all of his hits. Tigura takes all of the hits, but wasn't able to throw any of his own. Diablo's overconfidence starts to take over. As he continues hitting Tigura, he yells, "See?! You can't win! I'm the strongest!!" Then, Diablo begins to throw a kick at Tigura, but Tigura recovers and catches Diablo's leg and bends it the wrong way. Diablo roared with pain and Tigura punches him to the ground. Tigura pounces at Diablo, but he lands on Diablo's extended legs and loses some of his breath. Then, Diablo punches him to the side of the ledge. The sea splashes upon the side of the ledge and splashed Tigura's face. Tigura rolls on his back, but to have Diablo pin him. Diablo roared with triumphment. He looks toward his brother coldly and raises a paw, preparing to swipe Tigura's head off his shoulders. Tigura then remembers Shenlong's words. "If he tries to kill you one day, you would have no choice but to kill him." Tigura shook his head. "Should I?" he thought. Diablo smiles evilly and says, "I told you I was the strongest. Now, you die!" Diablo swings his paw at Tigura, but Tigura sees that Diablo wasn't pinning his legs, so he kicks Diablo in the adobomen. Diablo squirms in pain and stops his paw from hitting him. Then, Tigura swiped him up on higher on the ledge hard. "I told you your pride is your downfall," Tigura said. Then, Diablo got back up, but he was in much pain to get up straight. His foot slipped and Diablo ends up hanging on the edge of the ledge where the sea awaits him. "DIABLO!!" Tigura roars. Tigura runs to Diablo and hesitates to help him. "Tigura, please! Help me! You can't leave me to die like this!" Diablo pleaded. "Why should I? Your jealousy got you into so much trouble and after all I did for you, you wasn't pleased at all. I should leave you to die like this." "No, please! I'm sorry! I'll be good! I'll leave you and Bengala alone once and for all and be friends like before! Just don't let me die!!"Tigura wasn't sure, but his love for his brother was too strong to make him think otherwise. So, he grabbed Diablo's side and pulled him back up the ledge. Diablo panted and smiled warmly at Tigura. "Thank you, Tigura." Tigura smiled broadly back. But, Diablo's warm smile faded to an evil one and quickly shoots an energy blast on Tigura. Tigura was definitely caught off guard and was pushed back near Bengala's crystalized prison. Tigura looked to Diablo with amazed eyes. "Diablo! Why?!" he yelled. "I told you your gentleness is your downfall."Then, Diablo charges energy in his paw and as he shouts, "Crystal Bomb!!", he shoots a crystal-like ball at Tigura. Tigura's fury begins to take control again and he charges an amout of light energy in the palm of his paw. "Silver UberBeam!!" Tigura roars. Tigura throw his attack at the crystal ball and shatters it. Diablo's eyes widened in surprise. Tigura's attack kept going and hits Diablo. He gets very injured from this and falls to his side. However, the crystals inside Diablo's attack weren't shattered and was defected at Diablo. They strike Diablo violently and as he roars in deep pain, his body was crystallized like Bengala. The body was near the edge and was about to fall off. Tigura looks in despair and runs quickly to save Diablo. "Diablo, NO!!!" Tigura cried. But, it was too late. Tigura lunged to catch the huge crystal, but he landed on rock. He looked over the edge to see Diablo's body fall and splashed into the sea. Tigura hyperventilates as his brother's crystallized body slowly sinks in the sea, where he was lost forever...

Tigura looks in terror as Diablo's crystallized body sinks deep in the sea. Tigura shook his head, trying not to believe what he saw. The crystal captivating Bengala soon dissolves and Bengala was free. She opens her eyes and gets up. She looks around and sees Tigura on the ledge sobbing. She walked to him. "Bengala," Tigura said softly through his sadness. "What happened? Wait. Where's Diablo?" Bengala asked. Tigura points his paw at the sea. Bengala realizes what Tigura meant and formed a disbelieving look and put his paw over her muzzle. "No," she murmured. "What have I done?" Tigura looked towards her. Bengala's eyes then began to shed tears. "This is my fault. I should have never came into your lives. I broken your strong bond. This would hve never happened if it wasn't for me." Bengala soon cried audiably. Tigura walked to her and put his paw around her. "Don't worry, Honey Tree. It's like you said before to me yesterday. Keep going with your life, forget the problems in the past, and work towards

the future. Our future. Just keep going with me, my love." Bengala looked towards Tigura with passion. Those same words she told Tigura yesterday came back at her from the one she told that to. She smiles at Tigura. "Right. I'll keep going. For you," she said with a purr. Then, Tigura and Bengala embraced in a kiss over the sea. They both kept going, dispite their losses. But, they will remember them forever: Shenlong, Eris, and even Diablo...

Another day has passed and Bengala finally gave birth. Tigura's wish had came true. The offspring were twins, one boy and one girl. The tigers had a time to name the two cubs. Naming the boy was easy and all the tigers agreed with the name "Benga." The girl was the hardest to name, but one tigress cleverly decides the name her after the flower, "Tiger Lily." Everyone agreed to that name and, so the new prince and princess is finally born.

Several weeks has passed and Tigura wasn't king yet, but he grew to become the tigers' sworn protector. Tigura would protect his future subjects from any trouble. He was sure to be needed, because they had been rumors that a strange floating island has been spotted in the north. It emitted a powerful force that felt incredible. This indeed interested Tigura, but he must protect his clan from any sort of danger coming their way...

At Tigura's cave, Tigura and Bengala were having a drink of water while their cubs were having their afternoon nap. "I'm not sure about this, Tigura. I sense great evil heading our way," Bengala said. "Don't worry. I'm sure we'll be fine. I'll protect you all from harm." "You're so sweet."Bengala gave Tigura a affectionate kiss on Tigura's muzzle. "I can always help out. I know elemental-manipulation too." "I know, but I don't want you in much danger." "I can take care of myself, beloved. I'm a strong girl." "I know you are," Tigura said in a soft chuckle.Just before Tigura and Bengala embraced, a tiger ran to them urgently. "Sire, we caught some intruders who tresspassed on our lands!" "Who?" "Don't know. They are three lions and a hornbill." "Three lions and a...hornbill? Could it be?" "What shall we do?" "You stay here and guard our cubs. Bengala, come with me." "Yes, sir!"The tiger walked to the cave and Tigura and Bengala ran quickly back to Lookout Mountain. As they ran, Bengala was surprised he is running this fast. "Tigura, what's the hurry?" "I have a good feeling about our intruders! One of them might be him!" "Oh, I get it. Well, I just hope your hunch is correct." "Yeah!"Tigura thought excitedly. Could it really be him? Could it really be Mufasa??

At Lookout Mountain, the tigers formed a circle around the four intruders and growled fiercely. The three lions and the hornbill waited patiently. One lioness spoke to the golden male lion. "Are you sure we should wait for their leader? We can easily fly away from them." "We can, but we won't. We don't know if they are truly an enemy. We must wait." "I hope the leader's friendly," said the hornbill.The other lion, a brownish male, growled back at the surrounding tigers. Then, one tiger was heard. "Our leader is here!" Some of the tigers made an entrance for Tigura and Bengala to get through. "Be careful. They're pretty strong," one tigress warned. "Don't worry. I can handle it."Tigura walked over to the lions and examined them carefully. The golden male guarded the female bravely and growled softly. The brownish male also growled softly at him while the hornbill his behind his front paw. Tigura looked closely within the two lions's eyes. The eyes looked very familiar. But, Tigura wasn't completely sure if this was really his old friends. He thought of something to make sure and smiled broadly. "Don't worry about how

powerful they are, everyone. It's pretty clear that they are unimportant people, especially the gold one." The gold lion didn't take that too well and got mad at him. "Hey! Why do you say that to the future Lion King!" the lion said. Tigura got very excited when he heard that. It is him. It is Mufasa!

"Aha! It's you! I thought so!" The gold lion cocked up an eyebrow and looked at him closely. Tigura showed his sly look which the lion's eyes widened. He slowly remembered a young tiger cub who always looked at him like that when he acted sarcastic. "Tigura?" the lion said. The brown lion slowly remembered the tiger as well. "Mufasa, Taka," Tigura said. Tigura looked to the hornbill. "Zazu." Zazu was confused when he guessed his name correctly. Mufasa slowly smiled broadly and went to hug him. "Tigura!" he yelled. Bengala smiled and speaks to the other tigers. "Back off, everyone. Tigura knows them," she said. The tigers did what they were asked to do. Bengala was happy for Tigura once again. His friends has finally came back to him.

Mufasa and Tigura broke their embrace and were extremely happy to be reunited with each other. "I've missed you, Mufasa," Tigura said. "I missed you too. I thought I would never see you again." "I never forgotten you."Taka was confused at the moment. So was Zazu and the lioness. "Mufasa, is this really...?" "Yeah, Taka. This is Tigura. Our tiger pal," Mufasa said. "Tigura?" Zazu asked.Mufasa nodded. Taka smiles and hugged Tigura happily while Zazu flies over him happily. Mufasa went over to the girl. "Don't worry, Sarabi. He's a friend. My tiger pal I told you about." Taka quits hugging Tigura. "Man, you've grown!" "You all have too," Tigura said. "Tigura, I have someone I want to show you."Tigura walked over to Mufasa and finally noticed the lioness. "This is Sarabi," Mufasa said. "Sarabi, huh? She's cute. Where did you find her?"Sarabi blushed when she heard that comment. Taka interrupted and said, "If you think she's cute, wait till you see Sarafina," he said. Tigura smiled a bit, then he thought of something. "Well, since you introduced me to your girl, I'll introduce you to mine." Tigura gestured Bengala to come closer. Bengala gladly obeys and comes forward. "This is Bengala," Tigura said. "Hi. Tigura told me a lot about you," Bengala said. "Has he?" "Oh, Mufasa?"Mufasa looked towards Tigura, who was blushing really brightly. "What's up?" Mufasa asked. "Umm, could you come to my cave?"

Mufasa and Taka couldn't believe their eyes at want they saw in the cave. They both couldn't believe Tigura has two cubs. It was very startling. Sarabi thought the cubs were so cute. Zazu looked disgustedly at Tigura. "Just when I thought watching Mufasa caressing Sarabi was bad enough. Now, I find out that you actually had kids!" "And at your age? So, that means...!" Taka said. "You had your mantlement ceremony already. You're a true Tiger Prince now," Mufasa figures.Tigura nodded, still very embarrassed. "One step ahead of you once again," he said with a laugh. "You haven't changed after all."Sarabi held the young baby Benga and petted him softly and made him purr very cute. "Hey, where's Tiger Lily?" Tigura asked. "She's with Bengala. She's thirsty." "Oh, right," Tigura said as he rolled his eyes. "Tigura, can you come with us back at Pride Rock? It won't keep long. Just to introduce you to the others." "Sure. I just have to have someone babysit the cubs." "Can't we bring them?" Sarabi asked.

"I...don't know." "Please? They're so cute, just like you."Tigura blushed at that comment. "Okay, but you're going to have to watch them." "Don't worry. If there's one thing I'm good at, it's caring for babies." "Alright. Let's go," Tigura declared.

The next day, Tigura, Mufasa, and all the others set out for Pride Rock..."Of all the days and years I've waited, Mufasa and Taka finally found me. And we are sure that we'll never be separated again. But, that floating island still intrigues me. What will happen beyond this day of my life? Well, that'sanother story. In fact, a Silver Star Story..."
