of tranquil and certainly forbid all acts of abusing
own selves either physically or mentally.

Committing suicide, drug addiction and
alcohol abuse are parts of heart sickness
based on Islamic perspective.

And from Abi Musa al-`Asyaari from Prophet
said that: The act of remembrance of Allah
