 Important Info: 

Seniors have 3 photo responsibilities this year. See below:  (1) School Photos: September 11th is KHS Picture Day. Every student must take their picture on this day for PowerSchool purposes. You can choose if you order a package or not.    

(2) Official Senior Photo: Every Keystone High School senior (including JVS and CCP students) must take their official senior photo with Lifetouch on Wednesday, October 23rd between 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM in the KHS Multi-Purpose room. This official senior photo will be used in the Yearbook, at Commencement, in The Rural-Urban Record, and in the Senior Composite that is displayed in the halls of KHS for years to come. You can choose if you order a package or not.  Dress Code: NO tank tops, hats, graphic tees, or hoodies.  (3) Senior Pano Photo: All seniors should arrive to the KHS gym at 7:00 AM on Friday, October 19th. Wear your Keystone Seniors t-shirt (more info coming) and jeans! If you choose not to purchase a t-shirt, any white t-shirt will do. Photo order forms will be available that day--bring a blank check if you are interested in purchasing one.  Yearbook: See above. Any questions regarding senior pages or photos in the Yearbook should be directed to Mr. Hogue, Yearbook Advisor, at Michael.Hogue@keystoneschools.org 

  Fees/Fines: 

● Outstanding fees/fines must be paid to Mrs. Gregory in the Main Office by Friday, May 1st at 2:30 PM. Students will not receive their diploma if all fees/fines are not paid in full by this date! This includes textbook, JVS, and CCP fines!   

Jostens Orders: Cap and gown packages, as well as graduation announcements, and miscellaneous Class of 2020 memorabilia are purchased through jostens.com. Students should order in person on October 23rd during lunch periods. JVS students can order at the JVS on 3 dates in November (see below). Online ordering is also available.  

Commencement:  

● Attendance at the Senior Breakfast AND Commencement Practice is REQUIRED. If a student is not present for breakfast and practice, he/she will not walk at Commencement. 

● Each graduate will be given 7 tickets for graduation. If we have extra tickets available, students may be allowed additional tickets, but this number is not guaranteed. These extra tickets will be distributed after Commencement practice. 

● Dress Code for Commencement:   ✔ Tassel ✔ Cap ✔ Gown (all graduates will wear purple) ✔ White stole ✔ Ladies: Formal clothing (dress) and dress shoes. NO FLIP FLOPS, SNEAKERS,   

OR BOOTS!  Make sure your shoes are comfortable and easy to walk in! 

✔ Gentlemen: Formal dress shirt, slacks, and dress shoes. NO FLIP FLOPS,  SNEAKERS, OR BOOTS!
