Guideline for Registration New Students

Step 1: Visit reg.kku.ac.th and click “EN” for the English version เขา้ไปท่ี reg.kku.ac.th แลว้เลอืกหนา้ภาษาองักฤษ

Step 2: Choose “Registration new student” เลือกค ำวำ่ Registration new students

Step 3: There are two methods to seek your student ID. สามารถคน้หาเลขประจ าตวันกัศกึษาได ้2 วิธี

1. Select your study program and click “search” เลอืกสาขาวิชาที่ศกึษา แลว้คลกิค าวา่ search

Or

2. Put your name or Surname with the star (*), for example Name: John* or Surname : Smith* and click “search”

กรอกช่ือของนกัศกึษา หรอืนามสกลุ พรอ้มเครือ่งหมาย * ตวัอยา่งเช่น ช่ือ: John* หรอื นามสกลุ: : Smith* จากนัน้คลกิ search

Step 4: Check your information (Student ID, Name and Program) and click “ ID”. คลกิที่ เลขประจ าตวัของนกัศกึษา (โปรดตรวจสอบ ช่ือและสาขาวชิาก่อน)

Step 5: Complete password (normally the password is your Passport Number). ใส ่Password (โดยปกติ Password นกัศกึษาตา่งชาตจิะใชห้มายเลข

Step 6: Read the instruction, then click “Accept” อา่นขอ้ควรปฎิบตัิก่อนคลกิ Accept

Step 7: Complete your information. กรอกขอ้มลู

Step 8: Recheck your information, click “Accept”, then click “Confirm” ตรวจสอบขอ้มลูก่อน กด Accept” จากนัน้ กด Confirm

Step 9: Print out the Report Form and sign your name. Print เอกสารพรอ้มลงช่ือใน Report Form

Step 10: Login via reg.kku.ac.th to upload the documents on the website. Log in ผา่น reg.kku.ac.th เพื่อ upload เอกสาร ในระบบ

Step 11: Click “Upload Image” กด Upload Image

Step 12: Upload photo to be issued student card. Upload รูปภาพส าหรบัติดบตัรนกัศกึษา

1. Report Form

2. Copy of Passport

3. Transcript (English version only) 4. Health Insurance

5. Photo

Remark: Student who lives and studies online courses in overseas does not need to upload Health Insurance information.
